Pathetic. Constantly forces logging out and struggling to log in no matter network quality. Just freezes and not able to do anything on the pc I'm logging into. Seriously just plain pathetic

Won't allow me to connect to my computer so has become completely useless. Maybe should ensure these things work before constantly updating and changing these. I've since deleted my account.

getting stuck in activating window and login screen even though the app already showes me logged in.
There seems to be a recent bug issue where keyboard inputs are not registering, mouse control and enter button works fine on android phone, but no numbers or alphabetical inputs. It had been working perfectly for several years (albeit the initial login is very slow to the app). Left the beta programme and installed the public app, same issue.
works great from phone but not so great from PC. Especially lan connection sucks, which is weird, because it should be the fastest. 2026 update. app is becoming unusable. it's requiring authentication every day and minute. I have to log in every time I open the app and now it's asking me for password on the device that does not have it!!!! I know because I'm sitting at that device!
I’m done with TeamViewer. While the app works, their flagging system is broken. I’ve been incorrectly identified as a commercial user three times in three years, and resolving it takes months of waiting. I’ve moved on to RustDesk. It’s open-source, free, easy to use, and it actually works!
worse app ever cannot explain to anyone how to set it up
barely usable, every time i disconnect/close the app i am signed off of my account, so i have to keep signing in every time.

Terrible app that requires you to sign in almost every time after switching to a different app. Or needs to "Activate" everytime for the same. Been like this for years and have finally had enough to post this and just move to AnyDesk.

Even login doesn't work anymore... Update 02/27/26: After clicking the login button, the app redirects you to a website to sign in. After entering the correct login information, it takes you back to the app - but you’re still on the same screen with the login button. This creates an endless loop, and you can’t actually log in. There is no (error) message. Update 03/30/26: login on the Android app still doesn't work (over a month now).

on free plan you need to sign in every time you open the app on your phone, even if for a second. frustrating
How does an app get worse over the years, can't find anyway to connect to friends device to help them out with different apps on their phone. TV used to just work now it seems some features were removed or limited
