falsely accused me of being a business. i barely use this app, only occasionally when i want to watch something on my pc through my phone while I'm across my house. now i can't use it for more than 5 minutes at a time and if i try to reconnect it says immediate reconnections are blocked. this app is very laggy, not even that good. claiming my home is a business is a joke, especially with how little i use this app. the decision to revoke my free license was based on nothing.

Trash company, trash app, thank god there are better easier open-source solutions.

Remote control works really well. But after a month, it says it's for commercial use and won't let me use it anymore. I was using it to control my own devices at home
I use this app maybe once a month to log onto my home pc remotely. They flagged me as "commercial use". If my usage can trigger their commercial use flag, then this product has no "free" residential use value. Will be deleting the app.
The session keeps closing, please fix that.
Horrible service! Humans are non-existent here, and they're running the company into the ground. Find a better alternative.

The platform is NOT "free for non-commercial use". After a while they lock you out with the "COMMERCIAL USE DETECTED" warning. They have no intention of actually supplying a free service and should just be honest. They use an annoying APPEAL process to get access back. An attempt to slowly root out people from the "free" service model. Save yourself the time and look somewhere else. Update: Years later nothing has changed

Great on the PC, but I need to keep logging in by entering in my password. It does not allow me to log in via biometrics and is just a pain to use. I will keep using it because I have to, but I found google remote desktop to be much easier to use on the mobile. It remembers my login details and I can get into the computer quickly.
My account is getting logged out automatically when I clear it from recent apps please fix this bug
i uninstalled it, and the icon stays on my home screen. i try to remove it and its stuck there

they keep kicking me off claiming I'm using it professionally. my company has its own remote client. this was what I used for personal stuff but I'm sick of it being terrible and locking me out even after I reach out to support. edit: Thanks for the not helpful response I now know it's free for personal use, which I already knew, and my account still is blocked even after reaching out to support twice (for this lockout), I've been locked out 3 other times. I've found a better alternative

After a recent update that logged me out, I can't even sign back in! I press sign in and it opens the sign-in page in-app using chrome I enter my account details including MFA code, it takes me back into the app and does nothing!! I repeat the process, nothing. Just an endless circle of singing in and it not actually doing so!! Yes I have cleared cache and even done a full uninstall and reinstall.

Subscribed to commercial service yet so unreliable. Despite added to trusted device n remember me, it keeps requires to sign in and prompting to add to trusted device. Use to be my favorite app for monitoring my pc but now I can't get this app to log in I have to use a web browser to see my pc on my phone. This is ridiculous. It used to work perfectly but they just had to keep messing with it.

I'm having trouble doing anything because to make a ticket or to use Team Viewer on another phone or anything to contact Team Viewer, I need to sign in through the browser. The browser is not in effect and is not allowing it, despite me being authenticated on the device level. I get there's some anti-scam measures because it won't send me my authentication emails. I'm literally dead in the water.
Very slow and laggy app. It frequently freezes and gets stuck on the loading screen during TeamViewer sessions. The performance is poor, making remote access difficult and unreliable. Please fix these issues and improve the app's stability.
been using this for years.to help my old man with his android phone .from my android I use a Samsung Galaxy 24 ultra running android 16 one UI 8. My father just got a new device the Galaxy 25 fe also running android 16 one UI 8.and I have no idea why but it's pretty much useless at this point I can control his phone and then it just stops letting me control it.then it may or may not let me control it again .both on fast wifi what's wrong.no response at all from the developer
Worked great until recent update causes disconnect on every action that tries to access the clipboard!
Constantly being logged out, despite login info being saved.
I was using this app about 13-14 years ago. When it wrongly flagged my devices as commercial use, i switched to vnc and ssh. VPN with TeamViewer is in many cases a no-no, therefore TeamViewer is a security risk. (this is my persobal opinion)
