Not much use if not compatible with Samsung Galaxy S8. Loads of folk don't have the most up to date devices.👎👎 I have received a response asking me to get in touch with the Technogym care team regarding my review. But if Google play says the app is not compatible with my device, what more can I say? The best the team can now do is not hear anything more from me about it but to do something which ensures the app is compatible with a Samsung Galaxy8. 🙏
Dumb app design. i can't even create account it always swipe to main page. Hire me or use Claude ai to make a good UI/UX for god's sake! Uninstalled.

The worst app, does not login or remember the password. had to install the app 3 times over. BS App.
This won't sync workouts back to Fitbit (also not to Apple Health, Strava or anything else). Disappointing! Joined a brand new gym with brand new gear and honestly thought this was table stakes for modern fitness tech. Apparently not - they want my data to live in their app, not in an app that's usable outside the gym (or where I keep my data if I quit one day). Maybe this situation is better for your business, but it's not better for us. I'm tired of lock-in. Please fix this!

Trying to use this app as someone with limited mobility to stay motivated and on track with the small amount of excercise I am able to do. Whenever it opens I am hit with a reminder that I am sedentary. Please let people set there own goals. Not disability friendly. Upon first logging in a pop up showed my email address linked to a swimming account I have. The UI cut off the option to say that this was my account. The only option that let me move off that screen was saying 'this is not me'.
Worst app to track your weight loss journey did 150 leg presses in 1 set and said I did 23 leg presses either I'm delusional or the app is.
Same thing as always-as soon as a new update is released, you can’t use the application.
I am struggling to log in. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and restarted my phone but still failing to log in. I have forgotten my password and request a password reset to be sent to my email. I still haven't received the email. It's really quite frustrating not a great user experience.

Why do I have so much trouble saving my workouts? I update the reps or weight on the machines and it doesn't save. it's beyond frustrating 😫 this app could be amazing
When the simplest user story doesn't work from the get go it sure shows . Not showing clear error notifications during the account setup, but instead an empty red tooltip next to the password input field is pretty mindboggling. Don't suggest to contact your support to check further on this Issue, instead get whoever is supposed to QA this app to check its Account registration.

Utter utter tosh of an app. Won't sync from it to Garmin/Strava/Anything useful for whole body (not in gym) stuff. The 'ding' notifications override system volume on music apps, so Spotify goes to 60% until you restart Bluetooth. Avoid like the plague

Update: Contacted developer as requested, no response after a week. This app is mediocre at best. The fitness programs seem to stick to a lot of the same exercises, lacking variety. Most recently it has stopped moving on from a session so I have been stuck on day one of a prescribed programme for the last fortnight despite logging the session numerous times. If you add exercises into a session it asks if you want to save them and if you press yes in gives you an error message. Use AI instead

It just stopped working. I've updated it, cleared the cache, updated my phone, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled it. It opens for about 5 seconds then shuts off. I just want to book a class at my gym!!!! No point paying a membership if you can't even book a class
update: I CANNOT SCAN THE QR CODE BECAUSE IT ASKS FOR BLUETOOTH AND LOCATION PERMISSIONS AND THERE IS NO BT PERMISSION IN THE APP'S SETTINGS. After the last updates, I cannot use this app anymore. Every time I try to scan the QR code of a gym machine I get the App Permissions screen and I cannot get past that. I don't understand why this app needs ACCURATE LOCATION permission in the first place. Just let me use the device by scanning the QR code and that is it.

I don't like that it is really difficult to use machines in my gym without logging into an app. The bike keeps popping up with the login so I am constantly clicking the cross to go back to the stats page.

latest update forces location and Bluetooth to be on for machine QR sign in. Absolutely no need for these. Worked fine and was consistent before the update. Default response from team is that it is for "stability improvements" - poor excuse. It's data harvesting plain and simple
Scanned a QR Code in the Gym cause they told me setting up the machine would be in there ....where... aint this App ...useless then.
The app is basically useless until developers properly support writing to Health Connect, not just reading. Fitbit integration exists, but it doesn’t write any data also. Needs serious improvement.
The app has great workout content, but the experience is frustrating. After cardio, it suggested a cool-down, but when I tried to start it, I was redirected to “current workout” and told to end it. Once I did, the cool-down disappeared and I couldn’t find it again. There’s no simple search function either. It’s disappointing as I’ve had to pay for alternative apps due to poor usability.

The app has stopped syncing with Fitbit despite being connected which is frustrating especially as it did work until fairly recently. It's still easy to log in to the machines via the QR code and the tips/videos are handy.
so annoying finally logging in to equipment, aiming for PBs and then no data gets sent to your phone. Sometimes works though. sometimes it then syncs to Strava, sometimes.
All of a sudden this app no longer allows me to log into equipment because it wants my location. Why? I was perfectly happy using it before. I don't like being tracked out of the blue when it has nothing to do with functionality I am interested in. I am going to uninstall it..
Seems to have rolled out an update in the middle of a massive challenge so it's dropped a whole day of my moves and now isn't logging my lifestyle moves. Can't even get help on the app without giving them a phone number and a bar code? Great when it works well...often doesn't work well.
While the videos of the workouts are great, the UX is not. the customer support is also non responsive.
Lots of glitter and glam but the app just does not work. I'd love to use the app's offerings of workouts but I need to tell it what machines I have access too. You'd think you could use the "Add Facility" feature, but scan all you want, nothing gets added. Why not? Well, wouldn't you like to know, but you can't since it just fails silently. Logging in by Bluetooth works almost never. Can't find a way to edit workouts. There are a dozen other problems I have but I'm hitting the word limit 🙄
