Extremely disappointed with Telegram. I've used this App for many years without issues, and suddenly my account was banned and my phone number was completely banned from logging in. No warning, and almost impossible to get support to respond. Losing access after years of chats, contacts, groups and memories, official work is totally unacceptable. The worst part is there's no actual human support to help recover the account or even explain what happened. since many months unable to login

Terrible support and security. My wife’s Telegram account was hacked through a phishing link, with private documents, personal data, and sensitive media inside. We contacted Telegram support through official channels and X, but received no real help. The recovery system is confusing and useless in an emergency, while attackers can keep using active sessions. I do not recommend storing anything important in Telegram. Their account recovery and user protection are seriously broken.
Hello Bangladesh, I am facing an issue receiving the Telegram login SMS on my Robi SIM.
Terms App, i deactivated my account 6 months ago, and now they keep sending the code "to my other device" 👎
