Mo ha chiesto di aggiornarla ma si blocca al 99%. Ho riavviato anche il cellulare ma nulla. Ho disinstallato l'app e ora sono senza perché si presenta sempre lo stesso problema.
Could be great if they fix this: - English translation. They offer Grab&Go for people living outside of Italy, but everything is in Italien. Trying to learn the language, but English UI would be helpful - not able to change licence plate. During online registration via their website (non easy process as well) the last digit got cut off. In the app this can't be changed. When trying to save the correct platenumber the app returns an error - not able to add second license plate (as per UI)
app doesn't verify my phone. just says error loading. very disappointed as planning road trip around Italy this June

Ho solamente installato l'app perché non è possibile attivare un offerta sul sito web. L'esperienza era orribile e ci ho messo due giorni perché c'era sempre qualcosa che non funzionava. In più app soltanto in inglese.
Edit: 1 year later - sempre chiuso fuori ---- Non si riesce neanche più ad accedere perché non va il cambio password... Ok
Nothing works. Correcting a typo in the plate number? Error. Renaming the car? Error. Removing the car to create a new correct one? Error. And it's been like that for months, so it's not a once-off system error. Update: sent an email as requested in the reply. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. No answer after a month. Total rip-off. 🤷🏻
The registration code does not arrive via SMS. So I can not activate the app.
Nothing works in this app. I can't download the PDF invoices, I can't see my movements, my contracts. The invoices doesn't show up in the Agenzia Entrate (I guess because I'm a private person, but that shouldn't stop anyone to present a detailed invoice). Telepass, a telephone call won't solve this issue, this is a generic problem in your system.

Does not seem able to send Sms text to non Italian numbers, despite there being an option to do so. Tried with 3 different numbers.
I think this is the worst app I ever tried, the Telepass GO was bad, but in this one nothing works. Not able to see invoices, not able to delete obsolete cars, not able to add my new car and on top of all this everything is in Italian only

The app just does not work. I can't change the vehicle, I can't add a vehicle, it is still showing that my device is on its way despite having received it ages ago. The website doesn't let me manage my account there, I have to use the app. Uploading documents on the website when requesting help from Telepass doesn't work. Trying to cancel the contract doesn't work, phoning up gets you nowhere. Basically, it is useless. AVOID TELEPASS. EDIT: contacted them, no change no apps work. AVOID TELEPASS.

Full of bugs. Impossible to download invoices ("Ops, non carica! Riprova tra poco."). Not showing movement history (always shows 0€). Impossible to rename a vehicle ("Ops, non carica! Riprova tra poco."). Not showing contracts.

Passi la mancanza del tema scuro, ma senza l'uso su più dispositivi è semplicemente inqualificabile. Ovviamente, come già riportato da altri recensori, la sicurezza non c'entra niente.

Ok so I tired to use it as I stay in Italy for month long trip but there is no other language than Italian so I simply can't use it as I don't speak Italian well enough to trust this app with my money.
I am very unhappy with Telepass, they have changed my Pay Per Use contract and expect me to return my device, pay again €10 and they will send me probably my old device for the tolls. The customer service is useless, you can only fill in a form , and every time you try and reply the only option is another form , meaning you have to explain the problem all over again to a different person.
No English language option and can't register without an Italian Tax ID. Even though the website specifically directs you to the app to register and choose how to get your device. At the same time you can't register on the website without a Device ID. Useless system.

La peggiore app che io abbia mai usato! -non resta connessa -non si rimane loggati -completamente inutile Ogni due per tre richiede codici di sicurezza manco fosse l'app di una banca. Verifiche, controverifiche, codici e controcodici... ma vergognatevi per favore! Nel 2024 una cosa del genere è da terzo mondo! Poi, bravissimi che avete aumentato il canone così disdico il contratto e vi saluto, come vi meritate. Addio

Sadly, a very disappointing experience. App is in Italian and as much as I love foreign languages, this is quite frustrating to use. Not to mention that website and app are janky to operate. Using Tollbird now. Covers the same countries. No need for an app, website is clear and concise, in English and German. I'll give Telepass another chance in 2025. Hopefully they will have arrived in that time then too.

I opened the app and it started in Italian. I can't find English, so I can't use it. The designer of this app is Italian, understood, but the app is not helpful.
It doesn't warn you or auto-deactivate the parking when you're kms away!

1. I reminder per le scadenze di bollo e revisione sono completamente sballati. Nonostante l'auto sia in regola entrambi vengono segnalati come scaduti. 2. Il mitico conto bbva con 4% di interesse non é supportato. 3. Invece di cercare di risolvere i problemi elencati la loro assistenza clienti risponde chiedendo un recapito telefonico...
Only Italian language. Useless for touristic travel without at least english.
Inaccettabile che non ci sia modo, né su app né su sito, di aggiornare i documenti senza passare dalla mail. Il modo più semplice per evitare il phishing è non passare dai link email, e voi avete la brillante idea di renderlo impossibile.

there is no need of a "more inclusive app" other than pandering the whinings of a useless vocal minority. ridicolous. what users need is a functioning application to manage telepass services, and maybe, to get a "more inclusive app" you should update english translation.
