The checkout process was clumsy and really quite annoying. No autofill for CC, you change screens to read a discount code and going back to the app was clunky and time consuming. Very poor checkout process, especially compared to most other sites.
continuously locks up and fails to load pages only download for 10&% off
what is this rubbish ? images don't load, try to add to cart and I'm taken to I think is the log in page but that's not loading properly! very broken app, and if I want a discount I have to some how figure this out.
Too much charge on delivery
I have never really had a seamless experience ... have had a lounge delivered in 2 parts and had to chase the second part , took 9 weeks to complete the set. customer help just recites a script, never show much concern leading me to believe it's a regular issue. offering 10% of any order over $200. I still use the app so that's on me for obviously enjoying the stress this company invokes. don't recommend to anyone that enjoys a complete shopping experience and good customer service.
So your customer service team seem to have single digit IQ .. today I was asked to return a whole play centre because of fault 1 and 2.. fault 1, frayd swing rope, fault 2, replacement swing too long (even when shortened) for the play centre.. the dude couldn't understand when I told him to send someone to dismantle and box up... dude created a case escalate to the internal team..
very buggy
As an update, after almost 2 months of emails, T&W agreed to provide a refund when item was received back by them. They asked that I confirm details regarding my address etc promptly, which I did. At this point I was beginning to think that maybe T&W weren't so bad after all. That was on the 17 Oct. NO return documents have been sent 30 Oct Customer service is a appalling and takes days to respond. Wish I could leave negative stars. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Shop elsewhere.
Installed on Lenovo Chromebook, can't sign in. When I "click" on sign in, the app opens a webpage that appears blank.
said you would get 25 off on first app purchase- didnt happen
their app is very slow
App won't open on my phone. Stays all green. Just won't open and I really want to use it.
