Paid for vip but is not acknowledging subscription. I have had no trouble in the past up to now when I resubbed, which is frustrating. I canceled auto renew, and I have no hopes at getting customer service to respond as I only see them reachable via Facebook, which I don't even have. I don't suggest subscribing to vip until tencent/wetv fixes this.
I am so angry right now I can spit! I have been trying to contact WE tv so that they can reattach my VIP status so that I can watch my shows they sent a message plus weeks ago on how to do it in Thai. I did it. I showed them again that I have paid for the VIP status with the receipts and still I have gotten no word from them nor turnip the VIP connection back on. They have my money and either they connect the VIP or I want my money back!!!

I've force stopped and cleared cache, but it's a little ridiculous when I've had the app 2 days and pay for vip that I can't even watch. I also have been watching through Chromecast, which is buggy at best.
pretty lame that you have to pay additional fees to watch ending episodes when you already have a membership not cool, rate this zero
watchers (BEWARE)..this is one of my go to apps and I love it ..but now if I want to watch the latest videos even if you're a VIP member everything seems to be for rent...so no need to pay for both I'll either be VIP or I'll rent.

Most of the things I want to watch are not included in the monthly charge. Too expensive for the amount of content offered. Also unwatchable on phone due to auto dimming

WARNING! SCAM! I purchased VIP on Oct 2nd. It's Oct 7th (5 DAYS LATER), and the service is STILL NOT ACTIVE. Payment was confirmed by Google, but I have NO SERVICE and NO RESPONSE from developer support after multiple attempts. They take your money and provide nothing. AVOID PURCHASING!

No content available, even for the shows they are supposedly exclusively airing. I can't even find the twenty twenty four all star awards, and if you watch them on tencent (wetv in the US) online, there's no english subtitles. agencies need to stop giving tencent exclusive access to dramas. we will never see them. they also collect all of your data, even to put a review up.
Why is the app that I have been using and PAYING FOR saying that I now can't watch it in my country????? I have been using this app for almost 2 years, and I have never had a problem until now. Before signing in... I can watch as a guest... When I try to sign in... it tells me I can't use the app in my country! I pay a quarterly subscription. I still have not heard from anyone... this needs to get fixed. I still have 2 months left.
I paid for 3 months worth of VIP service and did not receive it. I sent multiple feedback notes to their support page and no one has responded. A an international viewer, I feel like I was scammed out of my money. this was not a good experience for me. it is a bit disheartening.

charged for access but no access. Google won't refund even though it clearly shows I was charged and I showed a screenshot of it saying expired. no response from the developer. Google is now terrible about its refunds, never allows you to provide info that you didn't receive the item just denies. I would be careful.

Will not provide subtitles on my tv no matter what I do. Unfortunately I already paid for VIP. The icon that says "contact us" only goes to a Facebook link which is broken, so there is no way to request a refund. Garbage.

This app is dookie. You have to pay for 99.99% of the shows and they dont have ANY popualr dramas. I downloaded it so i could watch Mouse and NOTHING is showing 😡 pls dont download!!😭🙏 find a different app!!!!

So very disappointed with this app the fact that I am paying for it ,it freezes all the time ,jumps to the home page in the middle of the movie plays even when you press pause going to un subscribe as soon as I find a good replacement.
I am unable to use my VIP account and my next building cycle isn't up until February
The app worked fine at first but now it would stop in the middle of an episode and show an error message. It doesn't seem to fix itself even after waiting for 30 minutes or more. Very disappointed to pay for subscription that won't even work. I probably would end up cancelling.
I haven't been vip since the last time you broadcasted one of Xu Kai's dramas on-time and fairly. Which has been a while. For now I choose Viki instead. It has a way better selection. If you make moonlit reunion available on time when it broadcasts in 2025 then I will come back.

Lately the app keeps booting me out requesting that I sign up for VIP when I have another 9 months left on my VIP subscription. 2nd problem is when you have a problem there is no way to contact Wetv. Dont bother emailing, they do not respond.
Impossible to synch between devices. They don't communicate and require separate subscriptions. No Customer Service or contact info. A waste of $$$$

Wanted to use the TV app. paid for VIP so I could have no ads just for it to log me out every few minutes. the QR scan function has you stand super close to the TV for it to read it and I can never fully relax and binge watch since the episodes are always interrupted telling me to log in. on top of that I pay for VIP but keep getting ads because it logs me out. Waste of money
I subscribed for the vip, and no, just no, my video stops every 10 min and starts all over again. This is a pain. 🙄
this app has some serious playback, subtitles, and timing issues. Used to be great app but in the last month or so, it hardly ever works. I have to slow down my brain and remember it works on a dial-up speed and will probably take 1 hour to watch a 20 minute episode due to playback issues. I hope they can fix this soon otherwise whats the point of paying for an app that does'nt work.
