New updates mean I am not able to receive purchase notifications any longer. It has stopped working since the update and don't know why. I've been through everything as advised and still nothing. It was really useful to see when a transaction was made with my card and now the ability has gone. I've got the most up to date app, notifications enabled within the app, as well as followed all the troubleshooting. Very frustrating as it has been fine for years!

Opened a savings account and deposited my money. Needed to take a bit out but was still waiting to sign a declaration through the post which took 10 days to arrive. 16 days later and still waiting to access my money. Decided to give up and just close the account bit the app wouldn't let me. Rang customer services who said they'd forwarded it on to the correct department and they'd ring back straight away when my money was returned. Still waiting.

Opened an Internet Saver account. I can't make withdrawals in the app. Only deposits. There is no feature to withdraw money to my verified account....or any other account. I have tried withdrawing money using online banking. That has a withdrawal feature but it failed. Opening the account was a nightmare. Ridiculous as it's a savings account that requires no credit check. And I have a Tesco credit card so they already have my details.

Dreadful app. Of the many faults, the biggest one is it gives no warning before the it logs you out. And it's a relatively short time before it does it. How about a "this app will close in *** seconds/minutes" type warning??

Ridiculously inconvenient! Every tume you move away from the app, you have to entre everything to relogin.Can't use finger prints. The whole point that peopke have the app in their phone is becuase they need to use it while doing or checking something else. How on earth it requires relogin every second without even biometric login!!!! The app also doesn't have many basic functions and asks users to use online banking instead. It's basically just for checking your balance. That's about it.

This has become a terrible app. The barometric doesn't work. When I bypass those and put in the selected numbers from my pin and my full password, my phone just goes to the home screen again every time, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. This is how I missed my repayment date and got charged. Please Please sort your app out Tesco. I gave it one star because it recognised my details. Update: I've never had an app that will not even open on barometrics and it is just the same as before.

I've actually cancelled the card wasnt using it due to the extortionate interest rates, disgusting company and why are they even involved in credit cards ect? I'll actually go out my way to stop shopping at Tesco going forwards. It's bad when companies act like a monopoly and then treat there customers like dirt... goodbye Tesco!!

I tried to open an online Saver through the app and even though I was typing, the session was trying to time out. I hit the 'continue' button and the box disappeared. I hit the submit button and the message appeared say that irritating 'Oops, the session timed out.' I went through it all again on the PC this time and exactly the same happened. I couldn't have typed any faster and someone less able would have no chance. I abandoned and went to another bank so they lost the business. Not happy!

It's an okay app when it comes to the information presented. I'd like to see a summary section at the top displaying in addition to the current running balance but also billed balance due and due date when the payment via direct debit will be collected. The paper statement does that and is clear but not in this app. Another data point showing balance since last billing, will also be nice in the summary. I hope the developers will take notice and improve it.
