A lot of food labeled in the vegetarian filter that shouldn't be there. example: Yeo Valley beef burgers, some tortellini. When I've contacted Tesco to let them know a few times over the years, they've never changed it. In fact, it's gotten worse because Tesco have now removed the V that used to be on the veggie products on the app so you have no idea what's vegetarian or not. You have to check the ingredients of each individual item if it's vegetarian. I am thinking of switching supermarkets.
this is the glitchyest app I've experienced in some time. it slows almost to a halt like old school dial up as you shop. when I went to confirm payment I was looped on my card approving it like 12 times. I tried 3 different cards. store good. app sucks

since latest update in April I now get a text message and an email to say that there has been an issue taking payment, I have to manually update every week for Tesco to take my money. Still waiting for IT at Tesco to sort this issue out.
New update won't let manually control the brightness which is fixed on maximum and hurting my eyes every time I look at it. Particularly thoughtless update as we always do our shop in the evenings in bed with low lighting.

Edit 04-05-26: The app locks up and crashes every time I go to the in-store shopping list now. It's not just my phone this happens on. I've confirmed it on two other phones of different makes and specs, one being a top end Pixel, as well as a tablet. This started happening when the search option was added to the in-store shopping list, which btw covers at least a third of the screen. Recent updates haven't fixed this issue, they've only made it worse. Now your update to fix bugs won't install.
if Tesco stopped using Uber drivers and them kind you might actually get a woosh delivery turn up. their reliance on unreliable Uber driver who do not care at all about your food or delivering it at all is taking the piss one too many times. such a shame
you need the option to cancel a whoosh delivery if you don't provide subs or don't call to ask what subs you want.

Search function is absolutely useless.

was good but now changed review off app, as its stuck on online shopping even though switched it to instore after reinstalling the app, still same, so not happy about the app now
