If I could give 0 stars, I would. This app is a complete scam. I paid £25 and after a week of using it, I found a cancellation WITHOUT the app auto booking it for me or even sending a notification. The test I found was within the criteria I set on the app so I don't understand how the app didn't work. I have also sent multiple emails to the support team about this and asked for a refund but after almost a month, I still haven't received a response. TL;DR: App is a scam, support doesn't exist.
Very useless app. I regret wasting my money on it. Lots of available date flying around and it can't book any. Support team won't every reply messages.

It never worked, they withdraw the money and then the status of the smart search was always inactive. I sent them message but they never replied. And in the next week, they are trying to wirhdraw the money again!!!! I will report fraud in my bank. You already replied that the app will stop trying to withdraw the money, but it is trying again even today 22/04!!! Please stop the app from keep trying, I already stopped the subscription. Also the refund is not happening till now.
worst app ever i never got a test date, trying to delete my account they took another payment after I unsubscribed, dont trust these people its a SCAM!!! nobody has emailed or answered my calls about deleting my account i can't delete my bank details off the app either, i have reported them I'm so mad
This app is not working. I download it for 1 month and until now it did not book any concellation. it is really bad and dont worth £25.It is not useful . I don't recommend this app.

It doesn't work. I've been waiting for so long and never got a slot booked. I've changed myself throughout gov.uk once but it didn't even catch my change, still with the old one and now is just error when connecting. The support team never answer so no worth it
Useless do not waste your money. The search has paused and has been like it for weeks and I can't start it again. Please look at reviews before selecting this app!
1 star is 5 stars too many. This app does not find tests that are showing on DVSA site and also shows tests that are no longer available. typically takes at least an hour to update. after 3 weeks, not a single test offered. A poorly executed app with zero support.

Doesn't work, had it on automatic but never picked up one that actually came up. I booked it myself via gov website by checking myself. Use testi atleast you get notifications off that when they appear. One appeared this morning and you never booked it for me. It matched my request and still didn't book
I installed this app and paid for the subscription. The system couldn't find my test details and after contacting support twice it could finally start searching after a day had gone. After 2 weeks I decided to cancel. there is no way to cancel through the app or any intuitive way. I have contacted support twice, to cancel, and got no response both times. I had to block my card from taking further payments. Absolute scam.
Waste of money. It claims to have an "auto booking" feature, this has never worked in the 2 months of owning this app and buying the premium for £25!! Despite their being many cancellations. Furthermore, it claims to "Send notifications of cancellations", again in the multiple months of having this app it has not sent one, I have checked all the app setting and even my own phone settings so it couldn't be because of that this is obviously just a con.
seriously. don't waste your money. nothing has come through the app whatsoever. however got it direct through the gov site. WASTE of MONEY on false hopes. book a lesson anywhere in the UK even for a far away date through gov and then go through the cancellation availabilities at your chosen center that you want. good luck. apps like this rinsing people's money on false hopes is just a money making scam that should be banned
they have brought fake reviews to boost their app and make it come up higher on the play store. absolute scam, fake app that doesn't work and i want my money back. emailed their customer service with a simple question and no one has even bothered responding. horrendous

This App is bad, please don't waste your money. I paid and I kept refreshing to update my details and nothing, I logged out and to log back in, it can't recognize my profile. This is a waste of money guys and absolute rubbish. it's fraud and should be taking off Google. I know it says there aren't test dates but basic things ought to be working. Please don't waste your money and Google needs to take this app down
Scammer in 2024 and still scammer in 2026. I made mistake by taking their lifetime license and paid 25 pound for it. Please stay away from this fraud application.
it's a scam. Had notifications from another app about cancellations and new test dates coming up constantly and never had this app auto booked any test slots. Spend your money on something more worthwhile like heroin.

do not use. does not book automatically. I found a slot on the DVLA and changed myself to my preferred test centre. didn't show on app. app still shows details of old test and time. customer service don't bother responding. scam scam scam scam scam.

waste of £25, lots of cancellations come up at my preferred centre, and this app doesn't pick any up, the free apps notify me, and DVLA website is far better, save your money, you pay for them to book, but they say you have more chance on the manual setting. very poor app
Bought this app. Totally waste of money. Does not send updates on tests or cancellations. Do not bother, it's like the app is broke. Save yourself the money, totally rip off. I used Testi aswell and it worked!
