I literally lost ₹900 without any proper warning or notification from this app. Money got deducted suddenly and there was no clear information before the payment. This is extremely disappointing and feels unfair to users. Your system seriously needs improvement because people trust your app with their money. Please fix this issue and improve transparency before more users face the same problem.

this is a total scam app not for students who want to achive something in life total fraud they took 599 from me for 90 days subscription as an accidental Autopay feature and after mailing then that this payment is gone by mistake they don't even look at my reply and after purchasing subscription you have to pay more for attending the course some people recommend this app but they all are paid and having fake opinion
they removed courses after I purchased super pass Live...now asking purchase separate batch.. better to purchase only test series don't purchase super pass Live

ये लोगों को झूठ बोलकर कोर्स बेचते है इनकी सपोर्ट टीम तो एक दम बेकार है खासतौर इनकी टीम के मुन्ना सिंह जो मेंटोर बनकर सबको कोर्स की झूठी डिटेल्स बताते है उनको बेचते है और जैसे ही आप खरीदोगे इनकी भाषा बदल जाती है पहले ये मुन्ना की तरह बात करेगा बाद में आपका चाचा बन जाएगा बहुत रूड बात करता है ये और सपोर्ट टीम कुछ नहीं सुनती है
एक रुपया एक रुपया इस ट्रायल के बारे में न बताए तो सही है Sir... Autopay बंद करने का मौका भी न देते हैं. तुरंत खा जाती हैं पैसा गरीब का,, आपकी team इनका चोरी करने का न्यू तरीका खोजा है इन लोगो ने इस एप्लीकेशन से कोई भी विद्यार्थी नहीं पढ़े

I love🏖️ the app! You'd stop an entry and it'd be several seconds before it'd actually stop and those extra seconds are added too the entry. Thank 😑you so much to everyone algorithms. But now download faster and more stable. The app is soo much faster download. Not to mention being unable to use the app when it's syncing because it literally stops responding until it's done. This is syncing happens pretty much every time you open the app, start, stop, or edit an entry, so it was a real pain.

The refer and earn feature is not working. i referred the app to one of my friends and i still haven't got the reward. Also The customer support feature is not working properly. Worst Study App..
Please don’t buy this pass. I purchased the Testbook Pass, but the app is not working properly on both my desktop browser and mobile app. Because of this, I am unable to study properly. I also tried contacting support through email and call requests, but most responses are from bots and I could not get proper help to solve my issue. Very disappointing experience.
biggest fraud I have ever faced they gave me free trial for 2 days and then they deducted the course fees 12 hrs earlier before the trial end They dont have any customer support as only bots are giving reply and everytime same reply and when I post my problems on their ticket then their agent closes my ticket I have lodged complaint on NCH and their merchant razorpay after that I will go to RBI and then Consumer court. Even if you have little bit of dignity left then reply my ticket #3804532

This is very bad experience rs. 599 was auto debit from my account without propper notic after trial. i cant belive this app side very poor apps😞😞. suddenly my account missing 599 rs. custmoer support is unhelpfull repeating - non refuend policy " i said everyone after trail we carefull. very bad, not recomanded.

Disastrous app... not able to use the application on the website even after making the payment, emailed the company a few days ago, such a pathetic customer support you have that nobody picks up calls except those automated voice and nobody replies via email, if you can't run a software better close it instead of frustrating the poor students.
very bad app and their faculty because I had purchased a super pass with high cost at first they worked properly but some days I did not attempt any type of questions answer study material and pyqs and any other more I complained to their support as well as email with attached a screen recording as evidence but the problem becomes still and have not any improvement against my problem

ab is app ka interface bhut bura kar diya hai, maine open kiya app to direct hi super wala purchase krne bol rhe , application ka kuch pehle jaisa show hi nhi ho rha. very bad mujhe uninstall krna pda ,aur mujhe nhi chiye super, only mock chiye thy mujhe but esa kuch show hi nhi kr rha ab , koi mtlv nhi hai
