Scam!!! Unfortunately, the exact same problem as with many others… I wanted to withdraw my money, and then my account was deactivated. I wanted to submit a request, but for that, you need the customer number, which, unfortunately, can only be found in the account. But without access to the account, that’s unfortunately not possible!
🥕 Talk to a carrot - it’s more helpful. ❌ This app doesn’t work, and neither does their “support.”

Holt euch die App nicht es ist ein Scam! Die halten nicht was Sie versprechen sondern lügen und brechen dann Aufgaben für einen ab, damit sie das Geld nicht bezahlen müsse! Hätte 0 Sterne gegeben. Unmögliches Verhalten. Auch beweise das man ehrlich gespielt hat und erklärungen werden ignoriert

Now, it has moved to a customer service structure that is far from solving problems, gives automatic answers, and has no knowledge of the application. Even though I have screenshots of the problem I am experiencing, it remains unresolved. I have lost my trust in Testerheld. There is no guarantee that I will not experience the same situation in other games. Do not waste your time and effort!
Man braucht eine Halbe Ewigkeit, ist die Zeit nicht wert. Man muss erstmal auf 50€ für die Auszahlung kommen, das dauert erstmal mindestens 1-2 Monate.

Ich habe eine auszahlung gemacht von 100€ für meine Mutter und wurde blockiert weil ich die face scan check mit mein gesicht gemacht anstatt von meine Mutter und jetzt account verloren und die 100€ was sie soch seit monaten bemüht wegen ein missverständniss alles weg. Könnt ihr bitte das kontrollieren, ich habe eine email eich geschickt aber immer noch kein antwort.
EVERY app I try to download and test just says its not available in my county how is that even possible..pls review your links
Pay out first only after 50€. No notification that the time frame to finish tasks is over. To get anything over 2€ per game, you have to pay for on game purchases on order to advance within timeframe of the rewards, which them defeats the purpose.
why is this still here? this is a fraud! everyone knows that noone can earn money by using this app! missleading scam and fraud! positive feedbacks are fraud too! SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT USE IT AT ALL! U WONT GET PAID!
Dont play its terible game
This app like many others are kind of a joke in a row. which of the hacker group is for the LJC and LLC connectivitaet responsible where I am suffering in the background because it should be not be noted that there is something still not ok. But I hope that was an old information I became and since near 2 years there is no concrete order, like lay down now, don't move as long as possible and the best would be "don't breathe"! So close was it 3,2 years ago, but I must still move to buy food etc

Achtung nicht installieren die spielen mit euch spielchen schreiben bei AGB oder irgendwo in kleingedruckt dass die testphase nur bis 10 Tage geht und kein Mensch schafft in 10 Tagen ein ganzes Auftrag also ist es für mich ein scamm

Wenn du Geld verdienen möchtest, dass ist definitiv nicht der Weg! Nach fast 2 Monaten intensiv spielen, habe ich 22 Euro verdient und am Ende war ich geblockt!
Achtung, Datenfalle! Bei den ersten zwei Meinungsstudien wurde sofort aus unerfindlichen Gründen mein Konto gesperrt: Ich sollte einen Personalausweis mit Hinter- und Vorderseite hochladen. So kann man natürlich für 3€ auch Daten abgreifen und verkaufen. Alles möglich gemacht durch Mittelmann Testerheld. Nein Danke!
It's fake you will not earn anything it is a trick. You can never reach those levels unless you pay. you think that you pay and you will get back the money but you won't get anything. Only testerheld makes money and the games which you install makes money . The fivestar rating that you see is from paid customers or developer. You install a game through there link that means they earn money you keep playing games to reach many levels that means the app makes more what money make is fake.
don't forget, time is money. I will delete it.

- the payout limit is 50 euros, and this information is really hidden which feels like a scam (found out about it after reading reviews here); - most offers are games which take a lifetime to complete, you can collect a few cents quickly at the beginning but the bigger amounts simply take forever; - overall it does not live up (at all!) to its promise to make some pocket money on the side;
