I paid $2.99 on June 23,2026 for a chip package. Never received the chips. Sent my Game ID and GPA receipt to support three times and am being ignored. To make it worse, my video reward for losing the all-in challenge dropped from 12K to 3K right after the purchase failed. Fix my account and credit my chip immediately or refund my money.
Rewarding system of Album Cards is heavily manipulated. For 4 sets in a row I only chose Reward nr1 and never got the wildcard. They keep appearing under reward nr 2 &3. Now set of albums nr 5 almost finished (1 card to go) and still no wildcard under Reward nr 1. If wildcards would appear randomly, I should have won at least 2 or 3 of them by choosing consistently for Reward nr 1. But I think that even with this 5th set of albums I wont receive a wildcard under Reward nr 1. All Manipulated!!!!!

❌ Cons: extremely slow. The game play, at the cash tables, is absolutely too slow. If u wanna get old playing free poker this is your app. There are a lot of bugs but I'm not sure the developers play with this app to fix them. If u wanna play fast other famous apps are better, imho. ✅ Pros: multi-table (MTT) tournaments. 1⭐ because the cons are dramatically bad. Verdict: uninstalled!
it's awful because it is inundated with ads. I understand that app developers make money via ads but the amount of ads is unbearable 😳 😫

HOWEVER, from connectivity problems, to the amount of unrealistic bad beats on this site that you never experience in a brick and mortar casino, this site is HORRIBLE! I've seen more dealers on here get 6 and 7 card 21s in 1 week, then I've seen in 45 years in casinos. And do not believe what they say about the randemism of it all, it's a lie. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

I bet 1-5 million/spin. Meanwhile I see the same people win the jackpots. One woman won 2 out of the last 5. One guy won 3 out of 5. NOBODY is that lucky. Rigged. I've spent about $400 out of pocket.
Spent my time folding. Every hand I got was only good for losing. Also, way too aggressive play for me. Regardless of developer comments and their B.S. excuses, there IS player influence. When your ante is $1K and no cards are on the table, any player raising $100,000 or more on ante IS PLAYER INFLUENCE!!!!!!!!!! Uninstalled. Not worth mine or your time.

Complete bot play. Don't play if you want to play a game that allows you to win. None of the casino games are anywhere near as "fair" as real casino games

this game is so unfair they talk about algorithm and that the game is based on luck which I doubt I've been playing for years and never had these problems where my game keeps glitching and my chips are taken especially around the slots. they say they aren't in control of the cards or what plays on slots yet I can tell if am going to win or not on the slots by just clicking spin then click on my avatar. I'd have 500 mil and click spin then click my avatar and I'd see 20 mil or less added to it...
could be fun but way to many adds and ways they want you to spend money
Performance on main screen is terrible, takes me 4-6 taps to do anything and usually resulting in misclicking and having to restart process. Its fine in games ect but if im forced to spend time on main screen it should be flawless. It needs option to disable all animations ect and popups on main hub. if i were to spend on game i simply can't, due to performance and for that reason its a 2 and uninstalled, theres no reason for a main hub to be soo cluttered and slow. Simple is better.
DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY! Since I've started playing I've noticed that most of the people with large amounts of chips are not VIP or low level VIP. It's a grind for sure. Sitting at tables for 45 mins just to get one playable hand and still lose. I like the layout of the game itself with the 3D players but that's just not enough. I've had better experiences playing real life poker.
waiting fo competitor's to play is maddening
The games aren't bad but man do they love throwing ads in your face to buy buy buy! What I found curious though was the fact that my wins plummeted as soon as I made one purchase. Fixed games? Probably not, but it sure is easy to feel that way when the luck goes game to game and keeps getting worse. My honest opinion is to play elsewhere, this juice aint worth the squeeze.
there was an upgrade !!!! now my app freezes and shuts down.
