Just awful. Crashes when changing options on an entree, or just doesn't show any sides (and then you can't save because you have to choose sides). You'd think a restaurant ordering app is the simplest app in the world to make, but apparently not. I prefer to just use the website, but they broke that too (Recents no longer shows past orders for easy re-ordering) Edit: Their response is hilarious lol "sorry the app doesn't work, just don't use it instead!"
The app won't let you join the wait list and the phone number says this location is closed on Sundays. JBLM location. I showed up one night with a date and they wouldn't let me be seated.
Use to be great. Doesn't work anymore even after uninstall and reinstall. Constantly says password is incorrect even though I've reset three times. six if you include last week. guess im done with Texas. Ruby Tuesday app works great. Michael This issue still exist. I again uninstalled app and reinstalled. changed password and still says password incorrect every single time without fail. They have easily lost $400 so far to Ruby Tuesdays and climbing since their app works everytime.

spent 45 minutes trying to place an order with this app. it would not take the CVV number on the credit card. The credit card was good and I was typing in the correct number. This app needs a Google pay and Apple pay option
