This app was working great for me and I even locked in my number with a subscription because I lost a number before on a free account. Now because i was away for 50 days and did not use it, they recycled my number of almost a year that was attached to many of my critical access two-tier authentication sites and services, including my bank... i just don't understand what has happened to customer care and quality of service... And I switched to Text Now from AT&T because of poor customer service

App thinks I have a VPN on when I don't and doesn't let me make calls.

every time my mom called me it would be delayed with the notifications I got in trouble so many times because of this app because his notifications were so slow and on top of that I need to buy premium just to get codes like come on

this app is horrible I don't get notifications for messages or phone calls and am constantly updating this app. And don't send me a message telling me to update the app because am constantly updating it. Fix this issue please what are you guys doing besides sitting on your asses all day collecting money WORK FOR IT!!

They want everything but your blood to use this app. Forget it, your not getting my biometrics & other personal info just to use a 3rd rate app. Gtfoh👎👎👎
it is not working
I have been trying for over a year to cancel this and they will not cancel it and it keep charging me! lawsuit incoming. WARNING!!!! They will charge you multiple times for the same service!!!!!! They say "How is it free"? Because they are ripping people off! Check your records and report to FTC and FCC
Invasive. I used this as a second line to stay anonymous before, I got a new phone & downloaded the app & it needs a picture now.. it's bad enough that the Play Store asked for one. All these apps are getting too comfortable asking for all our info + a newborn. I went to a different app that doesn't require a picture, plenty of options.

This app is telling me i have to make a purchase to keep my number 🤣 . Thats not free thats a scam . You can keep you number and phone app . If i could post a pic i would . Avoid this scam of an app .
advertised as a free phone number app but that is a straight lie. almost every feature beyond getting the number (even receiving and reading the full texts) is a premium feature.
This review was previously a four-star rating; however, they have recently implemented a fee for security codes. Previously, it was possible to use points to access the verification code, but now a cash payment is required to open the message. I am considering switching to Google Voice as an alternative.

app had malfunctions in the past 6months I used it idk why but it wasn't a great exspeince for me
Very long ads pop up when I log in. Have to wait 10 minutes watching the ad before I get the option to close it and finally make my call. Very frustrating.
I'm not able to send a text I can get them but not send them.
took a while to send stuff, hard to use with how many ads and glitches there are, but the voice quality is peak
I can't listen to my voice mails, it doesn't show the times of contacts calling/txtn. it don't ring half of time. jst shows missed calls wth no times.
