Just updated the app and now I can't get into it at all. the app just immediately crashes. I'm u installing it.

Keep getting notifications to update when it should happen automatically and there's no update available anyway
absolutely disgusting relying on this flawed tech! won't reload kicks you out of the app! no person to be able to contact after hours
I have been an AA customer for two and a half years and recently needed help for the first time when my car broke down. I felt reassured at first because I believed I had reliable backup through my cover. However, when I contacted AA, I was told that no one would be available to assist me for at least four hours. This was very disappointing, especially after paying for the service for so long. I expected quicker support in a situation like this.

reported a breakdown, but rescue update not working, and ai help service dudn't understand any of my questions regarding an eta. had to resort to phone call before I could get an answer
