My app hasn't worked for nearly a month now sent multiple emails ams images of error... Nothing. Don't use, it's all good when working but when it isn't there isn't any help.

Read reviews saying it's a subscription service, and that you've to pay upfront, before seeing what's behind the paywall, and not knowing if it's suitable for your needs.
I have paid up front for a yearly subscription and I can't get logged into this app. tried 2 devices. it takes me to the payment page, tells me I already have a. account but doesn't let me past the payment page
I unfortunately don't have enough characters to write my full review. I don't like how you are put behind a pay wall, with no trial or refund, without seeing the app at all. I cancelled within an hour and don't get my money back. I only wanted this app for meal plans, but it feels completely tacked on. I don't eat fish, but I didn't get the choice of not having fish when selecting meal plans. I'm allergic to shellfish and mushrooms (I have to manually hide those meals) they are a lot of my meals
One of the worst apps I've ever seen.
just stopped working, contact us doesn't work, just returns to an error message. overly complicated log in. been on the app since the start, won't be renewing
A lot of money that nobody seems to tell you about in the reviews.
Allows one to install. sign up THEN asks for a membership fee. This is not clear synthetic install stage.
constant log in problems
A little disappointing, the warm up and cool down makes no consideration for anyone older with knee challenges. I asked customer support if there was a moderation for people but sadly not. I felt very deflated starting and finishing exercise feeling like I was failing so I stopped which was a shame because I was really excited about starting this.
Forced app on phone never used
Zero customer support. I emailed several times to find out how many menopause workouts there are before I paid to subscribe & never heard back. If they can't give info to someone who wants to join but wants to find out first if their app is suitable, I don't think there's much hope for any customer service after paying.
Don't use

However, there are absolutely NO workouts suitable for unfit seniors starting from scratch. This has completely demotivated me, but it would have been good if there had been a trial period before my having to sign up. Instead, I've lost pounds all right, but sterling rather than avoirdupois.
Love the progressive workouts - i could do this forever. Too many recipes make it harder to manage food choice, so always end up using the same half dozen. Given that what we eat accounts for 80% of weight management, would have liked to learn how to, rather than just follow a generic meal plan blindly.
im disappointed actually, I had such high hopes. but there is no free trial. I cant view ANYTHING untill after paying... I would be willing to pay, of course. but id like to see what im paying for 1st as i struggle with procrastination and motivation due to being unmedicated with my adhd. and id like a feel even if only a 7day or 3day trial. im sure im not alone in this and many delete the app after realising they have no idea whats on. i will change review if this changes or I missed how
it would have been ideal to have a trial period instead of expecting to pay an upfront cost. Uninstalled the app as soon as I realized this
I'd love if it told you how much it cost (85chf per year, Switzerland) before you had to give it your email address.
Bloated app, it's trying to do way too much and doesn't do any of it well. Can't find workouts that are advertised in other places as being on the app, which isn't obvious until after paying. Feels like the app is just trying to say it has things for marketing purposes, but a lot of it isn't that useful. Hard to navigate and find exactly what you're looking for.
