DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDERS ON THE APP! I ordered an entree and a dessert, they charged my card immediately. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my food, they were out of the dessert. No problem, I'll take a refund. THE RESTAURANT CAN'T REFUND YOU IF YOU ORDER ON THE APP! They told me to call the support line in the app to get a refund! I waited for a manager who said she would put in my refund tonight, but since it had to go through corporate it would take 5-7 business days! What a scam!

amazing food but otherwise the worst. can't sign up, no responses to my email and promotion period ending soon. their rewards program is one of the worst available. don't sign up, as you never will get any help or answer if you run into issues and it will drive you mad.

I got coupons for free free slices but I couldn't use them on the app nor the website. This app is not worth the time.

My husband and I each have our own accounts and neither one of us can log in. Says we need verification but there's no option to do so - just a perpetual cheesecake image. Also, not receiving verification codes to neither one of our phones.
Whoever decided to let this app go out without having a testing team have a go at it first.... Tried signing up 3 times. did not work! Using this app made me wanna throw my phone to the ground! (It was quite the frustration).
I'm not sure what is happening with the app right now. I get an OTP every time I try to log in, but i also get a message saying, " User account does not exist."
Still waiting on my text message to create an account.
I have tried for a week to sign up. I've tried through Google and through Apple. It gives me an internal error notification. I give up 😞

download completed by cheesecake employee. spent 35 minutes with this kind young man who was trying to help me. our waiter came up to the counter and he tried to help. finally a manager came up and she couldn't figure it out either. bottom line was that my friend and I were lured into the Cheesecake Factory by a note on the door advertising the free slice. after spending a total of 45 minutes trying to get help. we never did get our free slices of cheesecake. if signing up for this is so compli
