Whoever decided to let this app go out without having a testing team have a go at it first.... Tried signing up 3 times. did not work! Using this app made me wanna throw my phone to the ground! (It was quite the frustration).
I'm not sure what is happening with the app right now. I get an OTP every time I try to log in, but i also get a message saying, " User account does not exist."
Still waiting on my text message to create an account.
I have tried for a week to sign up. I've tried through Google and through Apple. It gives me an internal error notification. I give up 😞

download completed by cheesecake employee. spent 35 minutes with this kind young man who was trying to help me. our waiter came up to the counter and he tried to help. finally a manager came up and she couldn't figure it out either. bottom line was that my friend and I were lured into the Cheesecake Factory by a note on the door advertising the free slice. after spending a total of 45 minutes trying to get help. we never did get our free slices of cheesecake. if signing up for this is so compli
why in God's name does this company insist on deleting my gift cards on my account if I need to reset my password or if I want to use their app? UFB!
new app said my account does not exist. Yet, signing up with my phone said an account already exist. Can't log in or sign up. very frustrating.

Slightly deceptive advertisement. Please read the fine print towards the bottom. Although in normal print it says download and login to get free slice. In fine print, it suggests a purchase is required.
Downloaded "new" app and can't log in.
"With purchase" nice fake out. Edit: "Nice response in all the promotion simply said free slice nothing about a purchase and you also deleted Instagram post stating that. you guys did a horrible job. Make it up by keeping your promise."

App will not allow any other choice besides Allow Location Services ALL the time resulting in a loop of Cancel and Skip. Uninstalled.

Your app has always had issues! It's an embarrassment. It has so many glitches and impossible to check out.
