Date of birth entry sucks. not clicking backwards 100s of times to enter DoB. Now: No membership, uninstall app, and stick with Jamaica Blue, who fixed their app.

The vouchers don't show up, so frustrating
App doesn't work. Scanned the QR code on table - message that cafe was closed , even though I was standing inside the Cafe. Downloaded the app to try ordering that way, was told only take away orders and take away wasn't available. completely useless. Finally just went up to the counter to order and couldn't even order a coffee because the machine was overheating and technician had just arrived - middle of the day, peak time.

If you make a button that says "open the app" in an email, it should open the app so that I can see what the link is for. It should not just be a link to download it from the playstore.
The app won't stay open. I think my friends and I are going to find somewhere else to go. Over the last 2 years, I have spent over $300, and the bloody app won't let me collect. Not Happy !!!!!!!
Seems to be a useless app. No matter how many times I scan my barcode, it never connects my purchases to my account. My wife and I enjoy breakfast every Friday morning but do not receive any benefit in points. Luckily, the staff are nice and food and coffee are good.

Not working after update
Latest update broke this app. Kept crashing every time I open it, so I cleared data and cache and now I can't even sign in, I get an error "can't connect to the server"
Paid for subscription and always locked and support never available. Only go here 1 in 5 times now as app is WORST in the country. Should get a new app company. Wasted my money on a subscription I could use the whole year.

Disappointing!! The coupon to receive a gift from the 35th Birthday celebration was scanned, but as my data doesn't work in the shopping centre it now shows nothing at all. Nor did I receive a free coffee on joining.
I love coffee club coffee but my date scone was quite hard and not hardly any sighn of dates but I will still get my coffee there
It's confusing how to use this. I got a VIP membership but it isn't linked so I click VIP and login and there's a message "don't forget to sync your vip membership" or something like that but not clear at all how to do so

not much offers on app!! its more as scanning card which will be more easier if its gets stored on store card
