I used to really like this app but now it just straight up doesn't work. I received my developed images but I can't download them. That makes this whole thing quite frustrating.
Downloads still didn't work if they do it's days weeks months later they just download and show up on the device. appears to have been made for only one phone/os and that definitely isn't Android. used to be a simple and great app sadly someone decided to create problems that didn't exist
The app (& website) just doesn't work. The app won't let me add photos for printing, and when I actually manage to get a few in, the whole app crashes and none of the photos are saved. I went to the website to see if it was better, but the website would freeze after every photo I uploaded. It took me 3 hours just to place an order, only for them to email me and say nothing went through and I have to start over. Still haven't received a refund. I had to go elsewhere, sadly.
was super useful until it stopped working. I can't add items to my cart anymore. until the app stopped working, I didn't realize how integral the app was to my enjoyment of developing with the dark room.
Ny past 3-4 orders have been returned blank. I'm not new at this and would like to express concerns about the quality of your lab. I've lost images of important family memories too many times now.
while I love how it's easier to view photos on the app than browser on the phone. that's the only good thing about this. downloading is a huge pain and bulk downloads don't work. ultimately saves you no time and increases frustration.
Not to be too harsh but this is genuinely the worst app ever. It doesn't let you make orders through the app, cart system doesn't work and you have to use the website. As of recently I cannot even download photos off the app anymore. Genuinely an abysmal experience
Will not let you enter your shipping address.
Smaller downloads of pictures gone, even worse at swiping through albums. Have to approve download for half of the pictures. Apps only got worse.
After updating will be uninstalling. I can't even see pictures in my gallery. BRILLIANT!
It won't take payment. After you put in card info and press the button, it freezes. Either a black screen or The Dark Room screen when you open app. Then you have to uninstall and reinstall and try again and fail again. This app is trash. Too bad. :/
I can see how this app has the potential to be great. I have friends who reccomend it, but like others have mentioned the app glitches when I try to check out. Specifically, my mailing address wont save and I cant continue on in the process. Hope the developers work out kinks soon.
Works fine until I try to pay. Then it freezes on the logo screen :(
