Cancelled ridiculously priced subscription on March 19th 2026, $63.59. literally has been continuously running my card every day since still trying to charge me.. Had to cancel my Google pay methods and report fraud to my bank. additionally, this app.is no better than the many free ones out there. I recommend Hip Camp.
deceptive advertising and general lack of consumer care
saw the app on a short, thought I'd give it a try. looked up a well-known state park. the app marked a moble home park 6 miles away and listed dump stations where the actual state park is, and I know that one of the dump stations shown doesn't exist...
not for me and can't figure out how to delete it so I don't get charged. They said it was easy to delete. Not true
Useless. Basically just recommends to stay in any Home Depot, Costco, Sam's club, Walmart. Don't need an app for that.

if I could give 0 stars I would. my opinion not worth it. when I use the filters to select the free it doesn't show free. it shows paid sites NOT HAPPY

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! they'll charge you before your seven day trial is up, then send you to AI which will give you excuse after excuse, you'll never be able to talk to someone, this app is a scam!

Even when I didn’t need offline maps, I still used the free version to casually explore options. Restricting dispersed spots to Pro only feels like a step backward. I understand not everything can be free, but removing something that used to be available hurts trust and makes it harder to stay loyal.
all the features you need to meaningfully search for campgrounds are locked behind a $60 subscription
looking for somewhere to camp with a 36 ft travel trailer, not necessarily needing water and electric or sewer hookup yet the only results I get are for rv resorts which is the absolute last thing I am looking for

It says free right in the name, but they meant $60 a year. Not, in fact, free.
Took me an hour to list my campground for nothing,app glitched while I was finishing up adding pictures and erased everything and gave me a generic sorry response. I'm not going to be bothering trying again, I'll just take my chances with my hipcamp listing and word of mouth, this app is too aggravating to continue writing to have it continually crash . I wish I could rate it Zero stars.

This app is GARBAGE!! I Signed up for the free trial and found it was completely USELESS to have the OUTRAGEOUS $65 a month pro version, and forgot to unsubscribe before the trial was over and now I'm out that $65 and can't get it back from Google or the app. DO NOT USE PRO VERSION! ITS USELESS!!!

Forgot to cancel after the free trial. Charged 35 dollars in Jan 2025 without realizing until much later. I uninstalled the app shortly after, and about 11 months later, I get charged again. Immediately I contacted support but they refused to refund me because of their horrible policies regarding refunds. Cannot recommend this app to anyone.

false advertisement. literally advertised as FREE camping but you need to pay to get access to free camping spots, thus making it not free.
Looks like Google is giving the Play Store the YouTube treatment. Now nobody knows if an app is good or bad just like when they removed downvotes

I got an email that said get 6 months subscription free, on us from the Dyrt. I went into the app to get it, the app says I have to pay for it, and there is nothing there about a free 6 month subscription for the pro version. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING !!!
Useless mainly shows rv camp sites and parks that don't allow camping. But doesn't show local camping grounds
while the app is generally great. the website can be clunky, and the customer service isn't even bad. It's just non-existent. You can't get ahold of anyone. They want you to pay $60 a year. probably won't be renewing next year.
