I started a policy and within the first 3 months they decided to raise my rate. Then proceeded to increase my rate monthly. Beware this company can't honor there word. In the last 4 months my rate has gone up every month now. No accidents no tickets. I will never use this company again and will warn everyone about you. Frustrating...Despite multiple calls to customer support, I still cannot sign in on the app. The site says it can't find my policy! My policy is active, and I'm trying to pay my bill. I am paralyzed because I can't even access my own account or documents. So, I'm about to waste another 45 mins and at least one phone transfer trying to find my info, get them to update it, hopefully pay my bill before I get cancelled, and pray it works this time. I'm switching companies today.

stupid slow and in general not worth wasting your time. the app offers customers no account control at all. cant change a payment date. you have to do email verification every login. no autofill for payment info. switching back to geico.

they claimed once I canceled with them I was getting a refund and never seen it and then they turned around and said that I owe them when I didn't because I canceled before my payment was due they also tried getting my registration suspended for 3 months because life happens and I was 2 days late on my payment I've had nothing but bad experiences with them

Not too happy with this company either, needed insurance or my car registration was going to be expired, Went to DMV and they want additional money for expired registration because I didn't have insurance by due date which I did so I call this company, ask them why this is happening they tell me they did their due diligence it must be DMV error. There was no ERROR. The error was using this company in today's virtual reality. Maybe I have, maybe I don't until they want $$

The website is extremely easy to navigate, however, I am 59 years old, with no tickets for about 20 years now, and I am having to pay $152.00 a month for liability, for a 2013 Kia! Ridiculous! I am currently looking for better prices!
