Is it in stock or not? On 4/17 I Googled for a fan and saw a Hampton Bay 40-in Oscillating Tower fan for $54.98. It said you had 18 in stock. I go 30 mins later, there's none. Two hours later it said there were none. But later that night it said there were 16. Today 4/18 it says 17. Which is it?
the app is slow and not very intuitive. my order history says I've placed 5 orders in the last 6 months which concerns me because I only started using the app for online orders 2 days ago. I placed 2 orders but it will only display the first order. I won't be receiving either of my orders due to some problem with my billing information which I have confirmed to be 100% correct. I'm now a full day behind schedule and have to go to the store to place the orders again or just order from Rona.

After update to version 13.3.1 wishlist no longer shows store stock. you have to click on each individual item in the wishlist to see store availability.

I don't know what happened but the app no longer works . whenever I try to do a search it just sits there and doesn't do anything. I deleted it and reinstalled but I get the same results
Barcode scanner does nothing. Gave up searching for ceiling tiles as it provided no info.
every time i use this app i have to log in. annoying. might as well just use the website instead.
Can't login now - my password manager works on basically every single other app on my phone, but on Home Depot's app, I authenticate and then it just sits at the login screen as if I hadn't done anything. This is so much worse than the website, and I wish it wasn't.
Was great until they added an AI filter for no use and no reason. REMOVE AI. People are not stupid. NO ONE NEEDS AI.

I bought an egift card to my carpentry teacher and on my biggest surprise, the transaction was cancelled by a home depot partner and an email was sent to my junk emails. The shame that this put me through cannot be equaled. Very poor service and outsourcing. I will defonitely not keep such an app around my personal stuffs in my phone.

the My List change is useless. Previously it displayed the price and inventories on the My List page for all your items,.now you have hit view details on each item.

Bad UI,bad search engine, very few features, continually getting worse. Latest update made it so you can no longer see the prices of things on your wishlist. So you can't even monitor specific items to see if they're going on sale anymore. You know what amazon does if something on your wishlist goes on sale? emails you. i don't understand how an app from such a large retailer that is trying to compete with amazon can have such amateur UI and lack basic features.

The wishlist no longer shows prices at a glance. this is either a serious bug, or seriously anti-consumer.
they have many products unfortunately the staff have know idea where they are. You will want to price check other stores as some prices are extremely high
don't bother creating an account, it won't let you check out no matter what payment method you choose. I just check out as guest and it works that way. app is buggy and the search function is still terrible.
lots of bugs in the app, especially when it comes to updating credit card, it doesn't keep new credit card on file.
2FA uses large font for the one-time code which causes the numbers to be reordered when viewing in portrait mode on a smart phone (Android 13) resulting in failed login. Also, The Order History doesn't let you see any order details or updates anymore. It just tells you that you have placed x number of orders in the last x months. That is useless.
My pixel 9pro overheats when using the app.

The app used to be ok. Now it is horrible. Before all the prices were shown in your favorite listings. Now you have to click on each individual item to see prices because it only shows "view details". Super annoying and time consuming.
app is good to find items. App won't allow you to enter the 3 numbers for credit card ccv it only accepts 2 ,therefore can't complete the order on the app.
latest update doesn't show the prices of the items in your wish list. I have to check each item individually to see if it's on sale instead of scrolling and seeing the price at a glance. Fairly annoying.
