Appears to be some sort of bug - please resolve this as the Iconic is generally my go to and super easy to use/quick/great interface. I just want to buy my new shoes 😭 Edit to say the issue is for all payment types - card, GPay, PayPal etc.

the app is clunky and often gets errors. it's a frustrating customer experience.
I have ordered a gift for someone off this app and the product was delivered in crushed packaging. This is not ideal for gift purchases because the quality of the packaging (which is the box the shoes come in) is something they don't seem to care about... so I have to now give a Christmas gift that looks like it's been chewed by a dog!
Website promises a better shopping experience on the app, yet it won't let me log in despite jumping through multiple hoops (resetting password, setting-up authentication etc.) so can't actually shop!
I was able to complete the new 2 step verification successfully several times but this is somehow not recognised by the app or the site? So I can no longer shop here... 🙁
The app freezes, drop down size select isn't working, and the pages aren't loading properly so when you scroll it doesn't show any new items, just the same 20 over and over.
You may get your package. Happened more than once. Never again.
pick a size drop down does not work. screen flickers and nothing happens. I updated the app and that did not resolve the issue.

cant use the app after latest update. Upon opening it has an annoying video promo time waster (which I fast forward) but sits on a page that shows nothing. Website version scrolls & shows promo discounts/sales but the app doesnt. Will uninstall since I can see latest sales. Useless yet again!

unable to select parcel locker as delivery location as item is from market place
very hard to use. can't update the cart mismatches the prices.
