getting tired of my system freezing!! it's a new unit and it's horrible!!
I hate the app just like I hate the TVs they suck. trying to put way too many things on a TV. not a computer or a console with actual storage and RAM processing to be able to use apps it advertises in a timely manner. it's unexcusable how slow your products are from your apps to the actual TVs. I personally will never be buying them and hate having to use them at others homes take it from somebody from the younger generation we expect more it's been over 20 years since Y2K would rather own old.

can't hardly work the remote because of too many freaking ads
SOMETHING aways goes wrong that it cannot load the app. updated and I haven't used it as I just downloaded last week. Trash
too many ads, too slow, too many interruptions when I'm trying to access my remote. like interrupting me repeatedly to leave a rating.

Keeps dropping internet. The app is not good
connectivity issues constantly and way too many ads
Every time I pause and then push play, the screen freezes for at least 10 seconds, with audio, and then unfreezes... Poor follow through with replay! I'll change my rating when you fix this!
too much advertising and spying on what I watch. why does Roku think that it is ok for them to constantly change settings and force more useless advertising on a device I had to purchase. for the money they make on constantly forcing more advertising on us they should pay us to use the device.
The app was fine but after the recent updates now it won't connect and when it is connected it somehow loses connection every few seconds. I've had to close and reopen the app more times today than since I got it weeks ago! Also, it keeps say wake the device but like I said my tv is already on and I was just using this app on the TV a second before. And yes I checked my tv and wifi connection EDIT 1/5/23 NOW IT WONT EVEN FIND MY DEVICE AND IM SCREWED. EDIT 2026: won't even FIND devices anymore
series disappear from subscriptions
I've been using roku for a few years but recently having trouble with both of my TVs one is a sharp and one is a TCL and they both are freezing and blacking out randomly. it's happened for the past couple of months it just seems to be getting worse.
