Wow... this used to be an OK app and now the ads are just out of control. They will just randomly open when scrolling. I get they want some sort of revenue since it's a free app but come on... and some of the ads are so sketchy. Some scam ads says you can get free money / cheques if you live in province and are over 65. Come on... anyway I'm deleting this app since it's becoming more of an anoying ad trap.

I swipe up to see the 14 day and the next thing I know amazon f-ing opens up. you guys suck
The ads have gotten out of hand, whether your scrolling or if you're just looking at the screen, a popup will happen. used to be a good ad without popups, now they're terrible

does anybody else swipe on the Amazon ad and it just redirects you to the app or site? I honestly didn't click it you can't even swipe on an Amazon ad anymore without It taking you to the site I ended up deleting this app and getting a different one remember people only big corporations. believe in malware like ads.

I deleted it after many years of use. I just want to view the weather and this doesn't do it. Takes forever to load, probably cause it loads a ton of unrelated stuff, many times doesn't load at all and it's filled with ads and unrelated content. Even the weather is hard to read, probably to force you to keep scrolling in order to view ads. What a time to be alive...

deleted app recently because of incessant adds. and constantly being redirected to Amazon without clicking anything. I liked the app before but the adds are horrendous.

Once great app that decided to cash in by ramming ads everywhere possible, and even when they aren't ramming ads down your throat, have actively made the UI and display worse and hard to use, probably to introduce more spaces that you can't avoid to shove ads. I've used this app for years, but am deleting it because of how awful it has become.
Too many ads. let me say I used this ad for years. But now the ads are out of control and they open on their own like the Amazon app and more. I uninstalled it until they fix the problem.

Ads are horrible. Its completely unusable due to the extreme volume of ads. They are so intrusive. You can't even scroll past an ad without it clicking the link for you. Absolutely brutal
since adding ads that follow your scroll and interrupt your feed, it is almost unusable. They now want to sell an ad free version. exploitative
app keeps changing settings and when you try to put them back it won't. so you have to keep uninstalling it to get back so download a better.

this app has gone down hill. Incorrect temperatures virtually every day here in Canada (by 4-5 degrees C°) I finally made the decision to uninstall. I'd recommend you all do the same.
The adds are terrible on this app. It's 2026 now and there is no improvement. Every time I accidentally click on this app to check the weather, I remember why I stopped using it. The ads completely pull you away from the weather page and sometimes you can't even close them. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Everywhere you touch to scroll you launch a new advertisement like Amazon. I want to know if it is going to rain not buy a BBQ.
The ads have gotten worse and finally uninstalled. Even pressing on the screen to start scrolling down counts as clicking on the ad and closes the app and opens Amazon or some BS. A few scammy ads also on shown when opening the 14 day forecast etc. I don't mind ads in a free app, but you are forcing them on people trying to scroll, cmon now.
I don't mind embedded ads, but pop ups in a weather app is so annoying.

Repulsive weather app, can't get weather right when its supposed to rain or thunderstorm 97% of the time is wrong. States it's going to rain Saturday morning to ruin your plans for the weekend or any other day, then doesn't rain until Tuesday morning there after! States 60% chance since 6 am now 9 pm no rain. Like Get your shyt together! Amongst all weather forecasters are wrong aswell.!
The precipitation map is stupid! Radar should be the default. I cancelled my subscription.
To many sketchy pop up ads warning about problems on phone with no indication they are ads. This app is a prime example of enshittification.

App is just terrible now. It literally forces open the Amazon app on you while simply scrolling the weather. It's next level intrusion to just force open your other apps like that. Might be time to delete this one as this may be the worst app to navigate these days.

Hypersensitive ad triggers. Ads open upon contact during scrolling rather than requiring a distinct tap. This makes navigating the feed very difficult.
Came here especially to rate 1 star, due to popup ads that are too easily triggered when scrolling. I will never pay to remove them, only because they were designed to accidentally open an ad in a browser!
