Dire, only use it because don't have a choice. AI support chat bot is worse than useless Edit in response to the feedback under my review, my contact with human support has not resolved my complaint with the AI support - it's still worse than useless. it would be better if you replaced it with a message that just gave the (limited) customer service hours
Annoying app. Making me change settings on my phone to access my personal data. Should be able to just email information to the appropriate people rather than have to use this impractical and inflexible app

Dreadful app. Full of bugs to the point where it's unusable. It has taken me over a week of trying every day to get my files uploaded and still I have not managed it. There are repeated errors telling you to try again later before you've even started selecting documents. Chatbot is completely pointless. Support team were also no help thanks to a useless inbuilt chat feature that makes it impossible to stay in a conversation. Going to physically drive all my forms to the solicitors.
Terrible system that does not allow text messages to be sent on my network. This is a known issue. I have no idea why Pattisons Auctions use it. Whoever did their research into this App did not do a good job.
Dreadful. Thinking of pulling out of my conveyor because if it. Doesn't allow the bulk upload of documents and erases the names of the files. I have 31 files to upload and it'll take me ages. And as it turns the filenames into a random string of letters and numbers I have no way of verifying what I've uploaded. How on earth does this have 4.4‽
Absolutely appalling app. Poorly designed, unnecessarily invasive and prone to multiple errors because of the poor design of the app itself and the backend system it's attached to. E.g., the app refused to accept my name and birthdate, despite having uploaded a document that demonstrated both. I had to re-enter my own name and birthdate FIVE TIMES before it was accepted. calling this unfriendly to users is an understatement. This app betrays complete disregard and total contempt for users.
Absolutely terrible. Avoid using at all costs. Slow, unhelpful and noon-efficient service provider. Taking a photo of your passport is nearly impossible. Instructions are unclear at times. Passport reading doesn't work. Avoid.

I would give no stars if possible. I couldn't get into the app and the help was non existent. Apparently there was a staff training day but the online chat help didn't seem to know this. I was in an endless loop of it telling me it couldn't help and referring me to the team, telling me the opening hours. I had to telephone to find out there was no one there. I gave up and took my documents to the solicitor in person.
Bloody joke!
Not receiving SMS codes so can't even start the verification process. Contacted support and it turned out they have been having issues with certain network providers and it has been going on for days if not weeks and still unresolved. Very frustrating experience.
This app is a extremely un-user friendly. It has great difficulty in taking a photo of the passport photo page, it freezes while trying to enter address info threreby not enabling typing into the required fields. It seems impossible to go back to correct an entry. Overall, a very stressful process unfit for purpose.
Doesn't work. First go it looked like it had uploaded docs then failed to submit them with no reason given. Second go that worked, but when trying to enter text I get no cursor or keyboard. My solicitor told me it would take a few minutes to complete this, seems like that's a sales pitch Thirdfort have failed to deliver. The chatbot suggestions didn't work and the support team are only available when I'm at work. Have emailed them but judging by other reviews I'm not holding out much hope.
Useless!!! Fuming- firstly it wouldn't let me type in anything into the text fields. Secondly, it has deleted everything I need to sign at the start. So now I have nothing to fill in and no customer support in the weekend. What is this app?!
it was frustrating it would not let me put my full name in but it let me do the rest I had to do then went to the bot and I did everything it said do but if did not work then to uninstall it and reinstall it and try again so I did and now I can't get done what I have to do again
The app is really lacking basic functionality, like going backwards, reuploading documents, showing future stages, stages can't be skipped, connecting my bank accounts didn't work. I'd much rather just send the documents to my solicitor than deal with this! How the app has 4.5 stars I do not know

Frustrating App to use. It's totally inflexible and lacks the capability to let users enter their own information. Just another scam dressed up as a legal requirement to rip home buyers off.

Difficult to use, not thought through how people manage their money in the modern world. Seems like only "happy-path" was tested and not in the real world.

I found using the app to be extremely frustrating. My main complaint is that when I skipped a task to see what documents I would need for other tasks, I was not allowed to go back to complete the tasks later. The support bot that I asked for assistance just said it was not possible to go back. The app seems to be missing really basic functionality.
This was very slow and it took many attempts. The passport page was never recognised. The video was ineffectual as I coul read the instructions while turning my head. The alternative page with the signature was recognised finally. Driving to the office and showing the details would have been simpler.
scanning passport just constantly gives 'oops something went wrong message'. No additional info provided as to what the issue actually is

14 requests for a code to open the app only 1 arrived 4 hours later. 16 minutes holding for customer service before I rang off. huge waste of time.
It hides future tasks until you've completed (and locked for editing) previous tasks, so if you upload the wrong docs to a section e.g.'Upload proof of savings' is actually your payslips, then you can't fix it. You also can't view/preview the files you've uploaded, and it seems to rename them once uploaded. This means you really need to concentrate while uploading, or you can forget the last one you just uploaded... easy to do when you need 12 payslips. Have 20 payslips just in case then...
Started up.. Simply says no transactions found on a blank screen... Hopeless app.. Uninstalled..
I don't like having to download apps to complete simple processes. Unnecessary.
You can't save some information and come back to complete later; everyone has to be done in one go, which is very awkward when your relying on information on mortgages/ deposits from other parties. Would be much simpler and easier to send the relevant info to the solicitor directly, as and when you have it. Not everything should be an app!

Difficult to use. Against this whole process as biometric data is given to a third party. I have spent two hour trying to do this with no succes.

Didn't let me upload documents larger than 2mb and didn't let me complete my verification without making me jump through hoops.
What a faff! Couldn't read my chip via NFC. just restarting over & over.. My entire sunday night has been fiddling about with this app like I'm applying for the M15. Can it actually get more convuluted?
failed to validate 2 codes first time I installed it. reinstalled and did get past that. layout is awful. it doesn't take 2 minutes to put in my name and dob.
rubbish app badly laid out. couldn't find my address, took many attempts before randomly it found it.
-My id documents are stored on my laptop so transferring files to make them mobile accessible is a pain. -There is absolutely no guidance as to what is required or what information needs to go in each of the fields -The file picker allows you only to select one item at a time, and then renames the files to gibberish, so uploading a list of carefully named files is confusing as you can't be sure what you've already done -You can't go back and edit a section once it's completed
Unable to use windows pc or laptop, everything has to be done by smart phone. It's disappointing that I can't use both a smart phone and a laptop to complete the tasks.
