TERRIBLE customer service. I have tried canceling my subscription but there is no option on the application. There is no phone number and no reply from my email. I had to cancel my card so the charges would stop. They went into my Google wallet and used other cards WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. The weekly charges are insane! If you get this app. you will be stuck with no way out. A trick to charge you weekly. If anyone has been able please let me know to do it. PLEASE!

hate when ads make you fill out a pointless questionnaire at the start and then ask you for a rating before you even use it.

You have to pay a subscription fee just to scan your items! I'd totally understand if you made me pay a subscription fee to sell my item, or only giving me a limited amount of free scans per day, that's reasonable. But I refuse to pay just to scan an item, especially when you purposely left that detail out of the description just to lure me/others into downloading it, only to bring the subscription fee up immediately after I try to use the key/main feature! Another predatory app bites the dust!
