Een bestelling die we hadden doorgegeven werd per ongeluk twee keer van mijn rekening afgeschreven, dus 180 euro totaal. Geprobeerd contact op te nemen met thuisbezorgd maar nergens staan duidelijke contactgegevens online. De enige optie is een online chat bot die niet goed werkt. Uiteindelijk contact gehad met thuisbezorgd maar ze weigeren iets van geld terug te geven. Conclusie 90 euro lichter waar we niets voor hebben gekregen.

Een "klantenservice" die bestaat uit een niet functionerende AI bot, in-app reviews die veel te makkelijk te beïnvloeden zijn door restaurants en onleesbaar zijn voor klanten, steeds verder stijgende "servicekosten"... En als kers op deze "taart" reclame in de app die constant terugkomt. Ik heb mijn account opgezegd, ga wel weer direct bij restaurants bestellen.

Op zich werkt de App goed. De verificatiecode bij inloggen is overbodig en irritant. Maar er valt mee te leven. Toch maar één ster: het blijkt onmogelijk om email en wachtwoord te wijzigen. Welke kneus verzint zoiets? Als je er vragen over hebt, krijg je te maken met zo'n nutteloze "virtuele assistent". Zo ga je niet met klanten om.

Reviews are hidden - only the restaurant can read them! And the star rating is only based on the last 25 reports! So, that's easily manipulated and any negative ratings are quickly forgotten. Basically it's worthless - you have no idea how good, or bad, a restaurant is, which dishes are good, nothing.

New policy, if you leave a review only the restaurant owner can read this. You cannot read reviews of others. Ratings of restaurants have no meaning. more and more difficult to contact restaurant.
My latest order was cancelled by the restaurant, Thuisbezorgd issued a refund. So far, so good. However, I had included a tip of three euros. This was not refunded, and customer service tells me they don't refund tips. If there was no delivery, why would I tip? And who is getting the tip that is not refunded? No delivery driver was assigned to pick up the order, so it must be the company. Super sketchy.
niemand draagt verantwoordelijkheid. restaurants wijzen naar thuisbezorgd en thuisbezorgd wijst naar de restaurants. Werkelijke bezorgtijden zijn uitsluitend langer dan aangegeven bezorgtijden.

Shameful use of AI instead of actual human customer support. Absolutely revolting. If you're going to cut costs and let people go, at least make sure your chatbot can answer more than two simple questions.
AI slop assistant is completely useless. impossible to get a human assistant, no phone number, only painfully slow tickets that are fed to an ai anyways.
The AI CS can't help. it only knows one question, "where is my order". you ask that and it send you to the restaurant. I needed to know why my order was incorrect. I needed something left off and the store said they didn't get that instruction. it defeats the purpose if I have to call the store after ordering. Also their wait times are wildly inaccurate. A previous order said that it would be 30 minutes until I paid and then it updated to 60. Deleting the app and using Uber from now on.

net als meeste andere bedrijvennis er geen klanteservice meer. naarst een mentaal gehandicapte chatbot. zelfs als je naar het telefoonnummer van thuisbezorgd belt en meld dat je enkel een klant bent wordt er gewoon opgehangen. restaurant medewerkers weten niet altijd wat ze moeten doen. hiervoor is klantenservice handig. helaas kiezen zulke bedrijven er voor om dat allemaal te vervangen door ai. waardeloos.
If you want an app that even when order is 2h30 late you are not able to cancel, then this the app for you!! Have fun interacting with an extremely limited llm, no options or ways to address any issues, refunds or whatnot. Just as bad as it gets. Supermarket and cooking will be faster and less frustrating.

Comments no longer showing on star reviews? what a strange update from you guys. I would like to know why someone orders from it or not. This applies to everything! Delivery on time? Food hot or cold?
This app and the entire company has gone from one of the best and consumer friendly, to the worse one, in the span of 1 year. You have any issues whatsoever? Your food is not delivered? You are missing something? The only option is the bot which is useless. Same to you and your ceo for firing your support staff and congratulations, to making this app/service useless. You suck
False delivery times displayed, it shows ~30min but after 2 hours my order hadn't been sent out yet False Advertising. They app says you can get 80% discount if you're a new joiner, but on checkout it doesn't allow you to apply the discount. No reason is given

Normaal geen probleem met de app.. behalve als je probeert contact op te nemen als je bestelling niet wordt geleverd. De klantenservice bestaat gewoon niet.
Horrible service, normally I never have to contact any support but I've tried the whole day to report that my order was never delivered. The support of Ai and automated response was not helpfull repetitive and there is no possible way to contact personal support to get my payment back.
Er is geen mogelijkheid om je eten alsnog te krijgen als er iets mis is gegaan bij de bestelling, als zou bellen dan wordt je verteld (door het automatische antwoordapparaat) dat je dat moet bespreken met de chatbot
Worst support ever, simple AI looping itself and not offering any solutions. Downgrading my rating from 5 stars too 1. You could learn a thing or two from Uber eats.
