CONSTANTLY CRASHES SINCE TWO WEEKS AGO. Reinstalled, changed settings, tried everything. hopeless!
scanner stops working as it cannot connect to camera. reinstalled app and it worked again but then stopped again. it's like I haven't given it permission to use my camera even though I have.
not user friendly at all... more confusing than helpful. can not recommend

it scanned 1 code and then stopped working.
It worked well for my previous event in October now all I'm getting is a blank screen dunno how I'm gonna check people in for my next event in march please fix asap
Worst ticket app ever. We have an event tonight that we have tickets sold for. When the guests arrived, tonight's event doesn't even show up in the app and therefore we can't scan ANY of the sold tickets at the door
Asked for my email password! What kind of fool would I be to give them that!
Used to be good app but recent ond is very slow☹️
Really slow to sync...need to wait at least 15 seconds to get newest list. Former app synchronised instantly when I opened the app. Hope to fix this problem.
Just loaded app and cannot sign in, it keeps showing error message (invalid password or email). I had literally reset my password so I know it is all correct.
Wouldn't accept my login details which I know are valid because they work on my PC. Uninstalled.
