I will never ever use tickets aster again. I hope it all burns to the ground one day(figuratively burn down).
janky app, features it claims to have simply don't work (passkeys and transfer tickets to Google wallet), all supporting an overpriced monopoly.
This is a monopoly and I hate them. I don't have another option but to use the app.

Awful experience. Used only to keep the tickets and I will use Wallet. If localisation is not enabled, it will not start. I receive email with concerts, events, ballet, etc... and the application will not find them at all !!! Do they test this??? I'm not québécois, but it is only in English and I don't mind and it is a shame. If there are some settings for the languages, they are buried somewhere.

Welcome To Dystopia! I'm so glad I have to give my full name, email address, and phone number to a private company (I'm sure they'll keep it super secure /s) and pay their markup of whatever they feel like that day all in order to watch a local musician at a local venue. I also love that I have to download their app and agree to their "terms of service" so they can harvest and sell my data and location to anyone who wants it just do I can access my ticket. What are we doing? How did we get here?
Does not work sets my paused, it ask if I could resign in, but doesn't allow me to resign in looks like I'll be buying my tickets. Somewhere else?

Useless garbage. Constantly stuck in a sign in loop. Clearly they don't spend all their excess revenue from fees on this.

This is a joke. Wait in a que for hours just so bots can buy up tickets and real fans who can't afford the resale sites miss out on concerts. I will hope the government takes Canada's lead and makes resale illegal. The technology to stop resales is there- such as your ID or CC is your ticket with NO resales allowed, but they will never do that.
The app tells me I need to change my password, then freezes up every time smh
pure garbage
I've experienced many glitches in this app for instance it always logging me out. There are other issues and there are many users mentioning those in the reviews but the ticketmaster team neglects their customers
the checkout window has an annoying pop up showing ticket price total that gets in the way of ALL the information youre trying to fill in. update scalpers galore and ticketmaster keeps making everything MORE expensive...
The worst.
Ticketmaster / Stubhub / seller scammed me and my wife. We purchased tickets for a concert for 5/6/2026, on day of we're being told the tickets we purchased cannot be accessed and are now some how not associated with the email we bought the tickets with. Stubhub is telling us we accepted the tickets, Ticketmaster says the tickets never were transferred. We have family in the seats behind, there'll problems if there are people other than us sitting in the seats we purchased back in February.
The company has clearly done nothing for the customer, either in preventing ticket scalping or designing an app. Frequently crashes and constantly requires you to log in again. Being able to add tickets to Google wallet is their only contribution to the music industry, and I mean ever. Update for 2026: still awful, still locking out real fans while letting resale bots buy up all the tickets
The app doesn't work. I had my browsing activity paused for some reason on my phone browser, so I downloaded the app. Just to be redirected to the same broken website. What a joke!
For the love of god stop logging me out, this app is always crashing whenever I try logging back in

Now it won't even let me log in. I updated again and I get the error page that says I need to log in, or change my wifi or change my device. Can't use website or app on my Galaxy S23. Garbage.

Held onto a ticket for months, only for it to absolutely refuse to scan at checkout. NFC absolutely did not work and I ended up late to the event.

Tickets appear available each day but none come up when any day is selected.
Seems broken. It won't log me in. I used to be able to use the app to buy tickets no problem. Now it is broken. Same problem again in MAY 2026!
cant purchase tickets for multiple events at one. must be done individually so that you pay handling fee for each purchase. scam
Had to download this app to use tickets I could only buy from Ticketmaster. I'll be deleting it the moment I get into the concert.
The worst app & website I've used in my entire life by far. Too much insane security measures for nothing, to the point where I can never login, have to always change my password, call support, and can never actually buy a ticket. Do you pay your devs 1$/hour? Otherwise I cannot imagine how to explain outrageous caching and synchronicity issues on both the app and the website. One can say theres a ticket available, then say its sold out, then resurface again but when you try to buy it's sold out

Everytime I use your stupid app, it makes me log back in like I've never used it before.
You know this company and this app are absolutely terrible, but we're stuck with it. So here we are. Congratulations mega corporation for stealing our joy and holding us hostage..
