Spent more than an hour trying to buy tickets, only to get blocked by a mandatory Italian tax code (which makes no sense for non-residents) and a broken SMS verification that never arrived. Completely unusable for international customers. In the end, I wasn’t able to purchase anything.
Unfortunately, the app is not usable. Seems like there are many bugs. The main issue is that it is simply not possible to buy tickets, because the SMS verification code is never sent despite countless retries. Then sometimes the app just spontaneously restarts. Also (probably the same issue as the spontaneous restart?), while selecting tickets and typing in personal details at checkout, the view disappesred, i was sent to the home page, all selected tickets from the basket were gone.

Vorrei davvero conoscere chi ha programmato l'app, in particolare il sistema di gestione dei pagamenti, perché qualcuno di così incapace mi affascina più di quanto credessi
È un app molto poco funzionale, non ha la versione inglese e si propone come la migliore APP per acquisti biglietti per Pompei. Ho provato tutta la giornata a comprare i biglietti per i miei clienti ma una volta non riconosceva il numero americano, un'altra mi faceva pagare un prezzo errato. Una vera delusione!!!!

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE (FAKES TICKETS) Purchased 3 Adult tickets for Imola GP and 2 of them where faked from children to adult and when showing them at the emtrance they we're rejected.

une boîte low cost qui utilises des techniques commerciales frauduleuse basiques. Des assurances annulation payantes qui ne te permettent pas d'annuler et un service commerciale incompétent. Un modèle qui marche certe, mais pas digne d'une entreprise chez qui il faut acheter ses billets.
Se risiedi all'estero e compri un biglietto non in formato eTicket (p.e. Stampa@casa), non puoi rivenderlo su FanSale con la spiegazione che non può essere inviato al'estero. Inviato cosa? Una email con un file da stampare? Una email con un file da mostrare all'entrata? Mistero. Ah, intenderà il biglietto cartaceo da 40€. Ma quando ho comprato il biglietto virtuale non mi hanno dato questi problemi. Se hai la fortuna di riuscire a inviare l'email, è l'unica risposta, oltre a "controlli le FAQ".
Terrible! Only 2 tickets per account and the seats are assigned randomly! So my family of 4 is sitting on the opposite sides of the same sector of the Stadium Maradona in Naples.

Waste of time trying to use this app. Didn't accept my data and I wasted an hour trying to get it to work. In the end couldn't buy tickets for the exhibition I wanted to see! Bloody hopeless!

App pessima, sito pessimo, azienda pessima. Quando posso comprare biglietti altrove lo faccio con piacere.
Gli sviluppatori di questa applicazione e i loro responsabili dovrebbero perdere il lavoro e le loro famiglie dovrebbero essere punite per generazioni. Sono due giorni che cerco di comprare un biglietto con errori senza senso e hanno anche il customer service a pagamento. Vergogna vergogna vergogna
Terrible app. Took me over an hour to book tickets because the app didn't work. Then when I phoned the call center they were unable to help and charged me 12 euros for a phone call which lasted a couple of minutes! If there is an alternative, I will definitely avoid using Ticketone again.
Worst agency in the world. You must search for a competitor before buying a ticket from them. Covid is a big trouble for musicians and actors, not for them which don't return any money
Avoid!! They postpone concert for 2 ( TWO!!!) years and refuse to refund!! Worst agency even seen!

È sempre un piacere di essere preso in giro. L'uomo che gestisce il parcheggio delle Grotte di Castellana ci ha detto che la biglietteria era chiusa e consigliato di usare questa app. Ci è costato 3€ a testa in più quando invece la biglietteria era aperta. Bella fregatura!
