I hate this game, instead of relaxing you will be stressed, frustrated, and annoyed! You spend like 100,000 coins but you can't win even 1 level like what the heck! Worst game ever. I want to add also, i lost my 800+ gems in my account which i earned so hard. When I opened the game, voila. Its gone!!! scamming, cheating, and now stealing??? Return my gems oi SCOPELY PAGING!!!!
Lost everything randomly at 3 am, with no explanation. Thousands of coins, lots of boosters and what not. Game said something about my account being logged into device already and then deleted everything and put me back at square one. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Recently the animal sanctuary disappeared randomly after the update, I can still get paws but I can't do anything with them and I know it's a hassle to contact support. I've tired everything and nothing fixed it.
"Fraud Alert!" I never had a problem before when using my card so it came as a surprise to me when my bank text me to confirm that purchase. I confirmed the purchase. Something in me told me to look at my bank statement. Even though I had confirmed the purchase for Tiki Solitaire it showed up as Microsoft. Went to the website and it took me straight to the Microsoft website. Hmmm I thought. I will be removing app from my phone.
I've been playing for 5 years and used to like it. But the changes they've made, have made it impossible to win! I had over 3M coins before the changes. I just finished telling my team I might be able to participate in one more club quest before I have to uninstall. I have no more resources. There are numerous club quests in each tournament that your team requires you to win. Just to win one club quest, It took me 10 volcanoes, 15 wild cards and 350k coins! AND I'M A SEASONED PLAYER.
Constant popups to buy stuff AND FORCED ads???? Absolutely not.
cost 3000 coins ro play but rewards isn't plentiful enough to play more than 3 tries, they throw strings of trick plays in and some games you only have five cards to draw from. you got to watch all these commercials to get extra coins, wow you get 1000 coins for commercial when games cost 3000. to many games I have drawn all lower cards when I needed high cards to finish play or vice versa. so many things wrong waste your internet for their gain
I expect solitaire games of this nature to cheat, but this one is absolutely shameless. I had a draw pile of 17 cards, and wouldn't you know it but NONE of them matched the last card...and neither did the draw 5 cards, or the next draw 5 cards. Frankly, everyone should be insulted that the developers think they're so stupid that they can't see through this obvious scam, which is probably why they push 3 or 4 micro-transactions after every level. Perfect game to play a bit and then delete!
Commercials are more than the game. They give you 30 minutes of play time just to watch commercials. Can’t win unless you buy, buy, buy. Uninstalling

I am an older adult and I'm about to spit nails. I carefully watch my money and somehow on this stupid app I managed to spend $117 with no way to get it back. so I just have to use it and get off the game. they fool you with special offers, but it's a ruse don't fall for it. they're out to get your money and they will if you're not careful. very careful.
I've been playing this game for 6+ years. In the last 4 weeks, this game has been horrible. They nickle & dime you to use your coins. To SPEND actual money. The company that owns this game is bad. Im ready to disband my group. You have to go through so many decks of cards to get anything. Disappointed 😞

Worst than casinos!!! Always wanting you to buy packages, and will not let you watch videos until you are completely broke!They try to make you spend money to play. Really not a casual game in my opinion if they are always seeking ways to get you to pay. Will not let you watch videos to earn money, instead Always wanting the person to buy coins or packages.

Prices are way too high, after a while it takes cards away making it impossible to win. Good graphics, was fun while it lasted but just becomes a dead end like everything else to suck you into spending a lot of money to keep going. I've played off and on for many years but I think I'm done with it now.
I have redown the app, and go to Facebook every day and rewards are hit and miss it's frustrating.

lately they game has made it impossible to progress with out buying a bunch of coins. The stacks of cards are only 5 or 6 cards and often the same card...for example multiple 4s in a row. I have been playing a long time, but it is more frustrating than ever.
Raiting would be higher if we could turn off music but have some kind of sound when we tap a card. The music is annoying and playing without sound is boring 😵💫 also being forced to watch ads horrible!
Keeps sending me to a blackened screen and won't allow me to proceed. Every time I go back into the game same issue. I can see the graphics but cannot click anything.
