initially liked them, but when the batter runs low there is no way to stop the tile from buzzing so if you are in a meeting or driving a car you now have a tile that is madly buzzing its death throws and no way to stop it.

great but ultimately disapointing. imagine going to a restaurant 100 miles away, you left your wallet there and missed the smart alert because it doesnt put your phone into melt down making sure you get the notification. it just sends an easily missed silent notification which you dont see until your home. canceled my subscription because its not fut for purpose

Useless. Can no longer activaye Tiles in this app, sends you over to the (very invasive) Life360 app. In there, it sends you back to the Tile app. I've been trying for nearly a year to activate my Tiles, but won't work (both Android and iOS.) Their AI support bots are useless too. /edit: even the reply from Tile is useless, a copy-paste reply that doesn't even help with the issue.
Thought I'd try Tile again after having poor service from Chipolo. when I start the app it forces me to use life 360. no thanks, don't want the battery hogging app. you've lost a customer

I've done everything I've been told to do to fix it and it still does it. there's something in the last update that's doing it. it did it in the beta I tried 2 months ago. that's why I left and outs back again. fix your app
Never works when I need it. For instance, I just tried to find my phone by double clicking on my tile. it only works when the phone is unlocked and the tile app is running and it is in focus. I granted all the permissions it needed. closing the app and find my phone stops working immediately.
This app charges your account without any notification. Shady business practices. Very sus. cancelled immediately.
Why do I have this? The app says the keys are in my house yet there is no obvious way to make them ring. What's the point? Just a 'notify when found' option.. I want a ring the bloody tile option so I can go and do my shopping
They always work great but there are always issues with turning on location 24/7 and battery 24/7 but it never interfered with the operation of the app. Now it's constant and we just couldn't locate the tv remote because of this. So I had to close the app to make it work we only use this inside the house and maybe at my truck there's absolutely zero reason for me to have it on 24/7. over it👋
no tracking in real time. app says looking for recent location but does show anything so you know it's actually looking. should have some dots or something that moves so you know its actively working.
drains my battery even when I don't use the app. you can see in the battery usage stats this app used 54% of my battery far more than any other app even though I never used it.
app keeps having issues and wanting me to clear cache everyday even when I don't have it on or running in background!
who wants to be tracked when all i want is to be able to find the tile tracker attached to my keys when necessary
half of the time the app doesn't find the Tile, even when the Tile is RIGHT NEXT TO THE PHONE. Happens with various Tiles. Unreliable and waste of money. Stick to Airtags or other device.

why are my locations now in Russian??
Map becomes rapidly cluttered with pings, no function to delete history to unclutter it. Unable to remove 'Home' locations and therefore anything within a mile radius often becomes 'Home'. Updates have to be forced via clearing the app and then reloading. It does work, but it's difficult to use. I wouldn't recommend it.
