Should send a notification when an item cannot be found for a few days. It happened a few times that I run out of battery and I open the app where it says the item hasn't been located for months. Well that would have been useful to know before I lost it.

Great app, too bad that good features are locked unless you pay. Which having made the investment of buying the tiles already feels unfair. 4th of May 2026. crashes on opening. unusable

will not work with my iphone although it works with android edited to reply - have tried absolutely everything & robo chat just repeats everything I've already done time after time, no email support & AI support rubbish. The link provided by developer is the same one for AI support that goes round in circles getting you nowhere.
sent me on a wild goose Chase, showing me that my tile was at the neighbor's house and I had the cops called on me.
The one thing it's supposed to do, Ring, it doesn't. It's only a year old
You can not access your billing and subscription through the app. If you would like to mange your subscription plan or your payment information it is only available through customer service via text. It is inconvenient to have to dig through Google Play accounts to locate my plan, which it still has not shown up after renewal. These things should be accessible under Manage Account in the Tile app. The app does not tell you directly how much plans cost, you have to do a lot of looking around.
it lags so badly and sometimes takes hours to update. Really frustrating
VERY unreliable in my many years experience. When it works, it's great, but it often doesn't work. I can be a few feet from my tile, hit the find button on my phone, and the tile won't ring (even with the battery strong). Additionally, I just found my phone by pressing a tile's button, and then I couldn't get the phone's ringer to turn off. (I had to shut the phone down to stop the ringing.) Perhaps the fact that - in asking for feedback - they give us only two choices: "LOVE IT" or "No thanks"
