I was required to utilize this app for my child's school trip. Had a terrible experience with customer service. You can only message them, there is no phone option, so I hope you don't have any issues that you need resolved immediately. After weeks of going back and forth they were unable to connect our bank account to the card because they refused to use our legal address - an address which is utilized on all of our banking apps. Use a reputable bank for your kid, not this terrible app!

The school required my kids to get these for their meal allowances to be put on them for a school trip. We wanted to add more money for souvenirs to them but weren't able to. I couldn't put money in them through the app because it wouldn't accept my debit card. When us and other family members tried to add money through the link we got either error messages or endless loading screens. Luckily I sent one of my kids with a debit card otherwise they wouldn't have had any spending money.

This app is extremely frustrating. It takes forever for money to load into your account, then to transfer to your child. By the time the money is in my account to transfer, the trip will be over. Do better Till! You're messing up a lot of people's trips with this delay... Modern times shouldn't need this long of a waiting period.

Terrible. There is literally NO assistance available. You can only email them if there's an issue. The card has no telephone number on the back so I am worried my kid will be stuck in Europe with no money, a credit card she cannot use and no way to contact customer service to report if it's stolen or any fraud. Also, I kept getting an error code to log in. I updated my password 5 times and after every "success" email, I still got the error message. Finally gave up and cancelled 3 weeks ago.

DO NOT USE THIS!!!!! This is extremely frustrating. We choice to use this debit card for our teen during an international trip. First, no where on the site does it say there is a daily and weekly limit of how much you can transfer to the parent wallet from a debit card. (Daily $350 and Weekly $500). ACH doesn't work! No customer service either. App is slow and non responsive, can take multiple minutes just to log in. AGAIN, DO NOT USE. Go with GreenLight!!!!!!!!!!

this is the most frustrating app I've ever tried to use. key word is tried. my son is on a field trip to Europe. His mom told me he needed some money and that this card , she can send me a link and I can register. the links don't work. And its Sunday. customer service opens tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. . then to top it off, the money is not instant. so he might not be able to use it on the trip. This is breaking my heart. my sons first trip and a till app that doesn't work. smh

I reset my password because that's the only other option. When I open the app to log in after making a new password, it says my password is incorrect. Opened this account based on the tour company's rec. Ordered card 3 weeks out, making arrival 10 days before trip per faq. 2 weeks after ordering, still no card. Never had shipping info. Cus service blamed post office. They were expressing the card to be here in 3-5 days, 3 days late. Checked app & now see shipping notice with a too late deliverg date. Cus service lied & card was never sent. Funds that were deposited will take 5 days to refund, but we're taken instantly. Use anything else.
