crashes constantly right from the beginning. Couldn't get past verifying my phone number. There's 45 minutes I'll never get back....
Don't use them unless absolutely necessary. There is 0 customer service, and if they help in the beginning they slowly lower your available amount until its so low you cant pay for even fast food with it. Doesn't matter how often you make payments on time they eventually take it all away. I am leaving and never looking back after this.

I was and still experiencing significant technical issues with the Tilt app that are preventing me from paying my Tilt Engage Credit Card balance. When I select my manually saved account to make a payment, the screen turns white and fails to load, forcing me to restart the app. While attempting to link an external bank via Plaid, the connection is successful but the app repeatedly redirects me back to the bank selection screen. I've emailed multiple times and responses did not help me at all.
Got it downloaded but it keeps crashing so I can't do anything with it

I initially chose Venmo thinking I was being safe. the app would not give me the option to add my bank where my payroll is deposited
I never download their software and they charge me for nothing and did not refund me. be aware .
why are you charging $54 off the bat and a monthly fee. I closed it right away and still want to charge me.. thats completely wild.
Would not let me advance past sign up screen. Kept verifying my info and license over and over and would always send me back to login screen.
they'll tell you you qualify to get you to download the app, and then once you download the app, they'll tell you that you're not qualified.
I've never used a loan application, and it tells me I have to wait to get a loan, but I keep getting messages saying that I'm eligible for one.

After weeks of trying to log back into my account it says I am no longer eligible to subscribe. I was told I resubscribed the max times allowed. I never resubscribed. I tried to update my phone number and email on the app. This resulted in creating another profile and I am assuming resubscribing. I tried multiple times to explain this to customer service but it is useless. The app needs work. Complete waste of my time.

This app is no longer working for me. it took out the repayment, several times. When I go to get my advance it says I owe. I talked to support, they said they made mistake but I still owe. took what I said owed but then no advance. I think it's getting scamish. dont sing up.
This app is a joke. Aside from it being buggy, I only qualied for $25 - as an advance - but have to pay $8/month? That's not only pointless, and a ripoff, I get an error message saying "unexpected error occurred," if I try to accept it. Glad they offered a 14-day trial, because I'd never pay $8/month for this horrible of a platform. The bank I connected has close to $1,000, so $25 just doesn't make sense. I'd recommend using someone like Brigit, instead. They approved me for more in seconds!
be careful with this app, there's a glitch that makes you pay double of what you owe. no customer support at all..

Today, I received a message saying, "Your device isn't compatible with this app." This comes one day after Empower took my money. The app is a scam that preys on people who are impoverished and barely getting by. It should be outlawed and treated as the scam it is. I wonder if those of us having problems with the app have something in common. I am almost ready to close my account. You're a rip off company not deserving of my business.

Absolutely horrible experience with Tilt, their "customer service". The app itself doesn't seem to function properly. When you request assistance. there really isn't any help.

it won't let me borrow, but has no problem charging me the premium "to use the service", on the 21st of April I was able to borrow $50, but had to pay it back on the 23rd, I payed it back on the 23rd on time, now I can't borrow at all, customer service tells me they don't know why that it's system generated and can't be overridden, one day people will regret AI is coming for your jobs and I can't wait, you see what happens when higher up replace you with AI, LOL, guess what, you deserve it

Reporting to Google (again) the FTC reportfraud.ftc.gov (again) and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) ic3.gov One of them has to take action against this fraudulent application. DON'T DOWNLOAD OR PAY SUBSCRIPTION FEE THEY'LL STEAL IT AND REFUSE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH WHAT YOU'RE PAYING A SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR. SCAM only advance app that punishes you for needing an advance

My regular acct offered all that plus they said they couldn't use my credit card number for depositing funds into my acct.But somehow they sirecould use it to withdraw $8.
