My initial comment was favorable but now its a completely different story. I tried to redeem my first 400 points for a coffee but the store employee botched it and i still had to pay for it and I have the proof in my transactions but Tim's refused to acknowledge it even with the proof and then I had an email to which I was told to fill out a survey and get 200 points to redeem at my next purchase. That did not happen. Fix your app please because as far as im concerned its absolute junk.

Update from last review from years ago I gave. App still is horrible. Why can't you change one condiment to another without being charged. For example, I don't want chipotle sauce, I want mayo....oops you got to pay for it. Just plain dumb. Update....app still sucks. Let us choose what condiment.....deals aren't good. bad app.

The app fails at handling situations where the store decides to send you part of your order, and assumes you can get a refund from the app. But here's the thing: turns out you can only report those things a limited time. I had a time where I ordered a few things, and the store was missing some doughnuts and still send the rest of the order with the driver. When the order arrived, I tried to get a refund on missing items and can't, losing my money. Reporting to CPO in Ontario.

point system is terrible and the offers available don't align with anything that you purchase. I have stopped going as often because there system really provides minimal benefit. If they had a proper algorithm to provide individuals with offers that better align with their purchases they would have better profit and it would offset the stupid point system that was just made up. They should model after Scene because it's point to $ ratio actually makes sense and people want to use it.
