I live in between 2 different Tim Hortons stores one is in Wetaskiwin AB and the other is in Ponoka AB and they are BOTH EQUALLY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I DO BELIEVE THAT THOSE 2 STORES WILL BE THE END OF THE FRANCHISE!!!
Tim Hortons gives you all these offers and deals, pressuring you to use the app but then doesnt allow you to select cream as a milk option for any coffee or latte within the app. So if I want a coffee I dont get any points in the app because I have to order it through a person at the register (which takes 15-20 mins) its 2026, not being able to select "coffee cream" for any latte, iced coffee, or iced espresso is unacceptable. Especially when its available as a choice by competitors.
absolutely hate the experience when: the drive through does NOT have my picks . Hate it too when the scanner at the drive thru window is not working...so NO POINTS, NO Redemption. What a waste of energy, time, gas, effort.happens more than half the time. sometimes I have to wait in drive through to LEAVE with nothing.the store didnt have ANYTHING i wanted and NOT the items that are part of the point system. most annoying though I go back.not daily like I use to.

A lot of menu items are not listed in the app, impossible to order them through the app. UI is not intuitive. lots of room to improve.

Can not give Tim's a good rating until they stop hiring majority of non Canadians that I know they get money from government to hire. Been a customer for more then 20 years but stopped going. Most people I know are only going when nowhere else to go. I make sure to tell anyone who will listen. most stores are dirty and bathrooms not attended to. My personal experience.
