charged me for gold when I didnt sign up for it, its not in my play store subscriptions or in the manage payments on tinder itself, I reached out to tinder to have it turned off and a refund got no response and the following week they attempted a $20 purchase again without prompt or the app showing i even have a payment stored

Terrible app. Everything is locked behind a paywall, and if you don't get their "Tender Plus," you can't even send more than 20 likes in one day. Are you serious? I'm new to the app, and I will be deleting it 30 minutes later.
App in functionality seems fine. Biggest issue is I requires immediate biometic data just to be visible to other uses. You have to provide a full face immediate scan. I understand for full paid users to special privileges on the app. but you can't even be a base level participant without which makes the app not useable for anyone with concerns of protecting their private data. In summary Tinder wants your biometrics before anyone can see or respond to you. Red flag for basic use.

I think tender is pretty cool, I just don't think it's cool anymore, as it used to be like, there are none matches for me and I get a whole lot I just feel like this is a dead app in my opinion
ev3rything is bugged, reward system, no matches i dont mind, daily login bonjs restarting randomly and adding randomly on the same day and so on also tried to verify myself over 200 times in past 2 months never working
Scammer dating app. Did not get any refund with my promo redemption code I've just redeemed and get banned with no reason
Don't bother. It's not even about how good the app is, the social climate has moved on. You'll rarely get a match; if you do, they'll never message back. It's not worth the extra exposure to scammers.
If you respect your time and yourself do not download this app. It pushes you to pay for membership to get boosts, then it matches you with fake accounts that dissapear within 10 mins or after 1 message.
They banned my account with no reason. I just subscribed it with tinder plus 12 months and that happen. They are totally scammer. I used redemption code and they did not even try to refund it. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
A lot of fake profiles and some profiles even reuse similar edited photos. Paid for a month while here in Japan because it was suggested as the best for meeting people. Most who are willing to meet are hostesses looking for customers or other more shady services. Good luck of you are gonna bother with this app.

I hate the new UI and how it organizes people who like me into different categories. The sort function doesn't work and won't expand to give me my sort options. If I do see guys who like me, it's all the same guys. I ended up blocking dudes I've swiped left on so that they don't keep showing up on my feed. The app is slow and having every feature behind a paywall is obnoxious. I just cancelled my subscription.
Worst customer service. they just collecting money. that's all they do. company doesn't care public transparency through the users

i got the gold subsription but no matches, awful app
previous algorithm was generous enough to show profiles that liked you, now it doesn't, forcing you to buy the gold, it's already hard enough to get matches, and now it's it's even more awful
10 years zero success, ive used this app for 10 years and it has not got me a single date or even a real female companion, id rate this 0 stars of i could, probably swiped millions of people, the only responses I get are from guys, or trans people, or escorts, 0 out of 5
Trash app and horrible idea, has been popular years past, now purely for hookup. Most of the people left the app, it not good for dating and has too many bots. I would highly recommend deleting this trash and meeting actual people.

I've paid probably around 500$ for this app. I got the platinum and everything. The gender disparity is so great that ill get like one like a week from rather people not my type or girls trying to peddle their OF. Wouldn't recommend for guys

I used this app several years ago and it wasnt bad at all. Corporate greed entered! It's INSANE to pay what they want for tinderplus, gold or platinum. You dont get many free swipes in one day, and half of them are bots or fake profiles so you just waste your time. There's no way in hell im paying $30 a WEEK to use this garbage!
tinder knows what they're doing by locking every single first message behind a paywall - that's how prospective matches see your profile and how someone sells themselves. all the swipes and priority likes won't do you any good if everybody else isn't paying for the platform. the wrong things are monetized with malice, and the right things are monetized even further. but because they've been able to change how people conceive of dating we're forced onto this dumbass techbro ponzi scheme app.
I had a date with an guy who threatened me and tried to force me into his hotel room. I escaped, but when I reached safety, my Tinder account was already suspended. For 3 weeks I contacted Tinder Support, sent screenshots and his photos. They refused to investigate, didn't ban him, and kept my account banned. Now they don't even reply. Shame on you, Tinder. You protect predators and punish victims.

What is the point. If you're not in the top percentage of attractive males. Your profile will never be shown. It is not a dating app. It is a hookup app. Fix the algorithm, if you want men to actually consider using the app.
