i have sent cancelation request for over 9 months. i am stillbgetting billed. do not use this app

How do I take this app off ?.It charges me twice a month I thought that I was supposed to be charged once a month?
Did not work. Had to send fax through to Office Depot. Now I cannot cancel subscription.
app just stopped working, it keeps bugging not sure what happened..
it's actually handy on the rare occasion you need it but to pay a monthly subscription for a very simple and long outdated service is ridiculous. The app is self works fine but the developer is greedy. This is the kind of app you develop, see what it brings you and not worry about it. there is nothing to update. They haven't updated the fax protocol in 40 years.

Haven't been able to receive faxes and contacted help with no resolution.
downloaded the app, set up my fax, PAID and it wouldn't do anything but direct me to pay and then tell me I paid🤬 so I'm out $5 I can't afford🤬🤬🤬
says first two pages send for free before starting a subscription. Lies. I scanned one page in and it asked me to pay. no way around. no free first time use. lies!
you have to pay after 1 free Fax, even if it doesn't go through

Used to be an AWESOME App! Very Convenient and SIMPLE to use! A Child could do it, and it WAS Only .10 Cents a Page!!! Wish it was Still Was, but Something Changed! I just had to Pay $4.99 for a Mo of Unlimited Faxes when All I Needed was to Send 10 Pages, One Time! Now What?! I Won't have Anything to Fax again for Who Knows How Long, but I'm Sure it Won't be in the Next 30 Days; I'll have to Pay $4.99 again! Good App, Simple and effective, but I Liked it Better when it WAS .10 Cents a Page!!!
