The emails have a link to download the tickets but when you do it's a receipt that clearly says "this is not a ticket." We contacted customer support and were told repeatedly that the tickets were sent. We did not see the cathedral and did not get a refund. Avoid at all costs and purchase directly from the attraction.

our robin island tour didn't go because of bad weather. I have contacted them multiple times to try and arrange a refund but only get an automated response saying they will contact by email. the people I chat too just stop responding in the chat. scam site don't give them your money!
Could not book places in the app using my Barcelona Card.
Tiqets is a con. You pay more than booking directly and they don't give you what you pay for. When trying to get a refund they just fob you off or tell you they'll email you but never do. Save yourself the money and hassle and avoid.
app doesn't work
there is confusion over where to meet the canal cruise. I was told it was nearby the This Is Holland office by staff. My paperwork sent to me when I bought our Tulip Festival cards that the meetup is at Prins Hendrikkade 25
Terrible experience in Rome. It would have been better not to buy tickets through them and instead buy at the venue directly. We would have waited a lot less.
We booked a desert safari tour through Tiqets (2 separate bookings for 9 people total - 4 adults and 5 children). We clearly made two bookings so each family could stay together. The tour company was supposed to send 2 cars with enough vacant seats (one for 5 people and one for 4 people). Instead, they sent vehicles with only 3 vacant seats in one car, which made it impossible for us to join as planned.

this app sells ticket that well overpriced comparing to the prices at ticket office. the example is tickets for chichen itza. they sold us tickets for $75 despite the ticket cost $35. its a scam
Their tickets were overly expensive compared to even other resellers, their audio guides did not match the site we were at.

DO NOT BUY from this company. They are cheater. Bought the Budapest Card and top collect at Ibis Airport Hotel but counter staff said they do not have it. I was told to buy bus ticket to center to pick up from another location. Paid extra €6 for ticket and guess what? They too don't have the card. The staff at the hotel told us to write in for full cancellation refund but till now, there's no reply. This is too ridiculous especially for a tourist card by an authorized distributor!!
They cancel paid tickets and not return full amount. It does not show the number of available seats. I could say, fraudulent app.
The review is not about the app itself but the company behind it. I had to change the dates of my trip due to a nation-wide strike therefore, I wanted to reschedule my ticket to the Vatican museum. What I was told by their support team is that the ticket cannot be neither rescheduled nor cancelled even if I paid a fee. I find it ridiculous that such a company hasn't considered that these options should be available for the customers which by the way are mentioned as available in their Q&A page.

Can't download a ticket with firefox as default browser on my mobile. I had the app. It didnt redirect to it.

Horrible customer service that only responded after the said tour you bought! Make sure you screenshot your order before you pay, and after payment, CHECK YOUR TICKETS or be SCAM! I paid for the upgrade service, and my ticket only shows their basic package. When I reach out to customer service, all I get is lipservice that it will be taken care of and will get an email. I just got an email AFTER THE TOUR. I got in BECAUSE I HAD PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR SERVICES THAT THEY PROMISED BUT DIDN'T DELIVER!
This app is a scam. They go out of their way to make their advertising look affiliated with the sites they tour. We visited St. Peter's Basilica and purchased tickets from what we thought was a site endorsed by the Vatican. Not so. They are not affiliated in any way. When we arrived, all the signage points you to a different direction from what the emails say. If that makes you late... no refunds, no support, you're just out your money. Skip these tours and buy from a reputable source.

customer service is a joke. buy the all purpose pass and then it doesn't recognized you did it so all purchases that should be free or discounted are not discounted. spoke with customer service and they said we can't help you and ended the conversation.
Absolute Nightmare - Avoid This App! Seriously, steer clear of this app if you value your money and sanity. I recently bought tickets through them, and I made a mistake buying tickets for a different city. It's just a simple error that could be easily rectified. I contacted customer support immediately, hoping for a reasonable resolution. They didn't even bother to look at my case and ignore my customer rights. Safe yourself the stress and potential financial loss. Do Not Recommend It!!!
This is a scam
Beware of this app. I ordered one ticket knowing it was non-refundable but when I went to see my ticket, I had been issued two seperate tickets and was told by their customer service that it showed on their end that I had made another order so could not be refunded for the second order I know I didn't make The response: Contact customer "service" with whom I've already spent too much time being told that the fault must lie with me. Oh well. It was a 10 euro lesson. Don't use Tiqets
Used their website to book tickets for Barcelona trip. Error in date or time, so I could not book. Used their app, same problem and won't even show me where the problem lies. So I need to troubleshoot without knowing where the problem is. Turns out I just need to use another company to book my trip. Wish I knew this sooner so I did not waste my time. Uninstall and never use.
I Was Cheated! I bought tickets for two museums, but they only granted me access to one. They didn’t refund the money for the other one. They’re lying and deceiving people. Don’t trust them.

They sold me tickets I could not use and refused to work with me on making it right. Most of the tickets they sell are huge markups from what you can get at the attraction. Buyer beware!

Extremely unreliable. As a platform, they have one job which is to facilitate bookings between providers and customers. But Tiqets fails at this. Providers are able to cancel bookings without any explanation, and they raise their prices subsequently. Tiqets' customer service is hard to reach.
Worst experience when booking the ticket. Absolutely no help in checking and help to cancel the ticket when the Sistine Chapel is close on Conclave day and they keep saying that it's not closed and refuse to help cancelling the ticket even though the only thing I'm interested is closed for my booking day.
SCAM App, Ticket price is originally 16€. In tiqets app more then 30€ with a dynamic price up to 50€. Buy ticket in original place.

Se hai più codici disponibili anche se selezioni 1uello maggiore poi al checkout ti rimette comunque quello che vuole lui. Quindi bisogna usare il sito. Per ora fatta male.
Don't use Tiquets app for Osborne House - offers £18 entry but only lists £24 ticket to select (which are £21 from the venue).
