Misinforming and misleading people about the offers to download the app is just a cheap parlour trick, just like your advertisements.
Ordered the Moxie Curly Routine Set twice (same date, 2 devices). One box arrived complete, the other was missing 2 products (Curl Cream + Conditioner), paid full price for both. Raised 3 tickets since 22nd June, got 9 emails, both rejected with the same template: "audit confirms all items included," zero actual evidence given. No policy for partial missing items, no unboxing video requirement stated anywhere. Great app until something goes wrong, then no accountability at all.

I didn't want to give any star but to review I gave 1 star...I ordered a bulk amount of products and I haven't received my delivery yet it's been more than 6 days they only says that out of delivery and nobody contacts me and the delivery gets failed at the end of the day . They are surely doing fraud . I would suggest you guys to order from Nykka don't order from Tira if you are placing a bulk order because it's risky ..I have paid my amount and I don't know where is my parcel .
I despise the new "Aira" update. it makes the app very laggy and it is SO unnecessary. let me shop/browse in peace without shoving your faulty, wasteful AI up my face, will you?! and the prices and offers on Tira hardly ever compare to those on Nykaa and the likes. I am so done with this app. please remove the "aira" update as it isn't needed and is very annoying.
Tira app feels boring with no offers and it is slow as well as heavy to use. Search option takes a lot of time and app shows random error all the time about internet whereas Nykaa works fast and seamlessly when opened at the same time on same network.
This app is a fraud. a few months ago I had seen videos and reels where the customers were complaining they didn't receive the products and other complaints. and then In may I was seeing some very good reviews and the adds were also good. so I ordered. the order that arrived was completely wrong. Then they took away thr wrong order. and I am yet to receive the right order I paid for. Neither am I getting a refund. Customer service sucks

need to remove the ai assistant, it's totally unnecessary and discourages me from using tira, id rather shop at other platforms that do not use ai
After the new update, the app has become extremely laggy and slow. It has become a pain to even scroll over the products. Very bad user experience! Please fix this.
It's a bad app I ever used. I ordered a foundation from this app and they give us a damaged product and then I try to return it several time and the app shows errors. And i contact customer service and they a raised ticket against it but there is no helpful reply from there side only computer based replys. Don't ever buy from this app!!!!!!!!!

The worst aap i have seen. I had ordered a sheglam lipstick, its shade was completely different, I returned it the moment I received the order but till now no one has come to take back my order, no response has come.I had placed a return request on 4th June, today is 27th June, till now there is no update. Neither it was returned nor my refund has been received yet. They ask for online payment before placing the order, but do not refund.
It's been a week, and I still haven't received my delivery. No one from Tira is responding either. This seems like a fraudulent app-they take customers' money but don't deliver the products. fraud app ... pathetic service

worst ever service by Tira , i cannot explain the frustration of the service they r providing. I have ordered the products and paid 2000 rs already but the freaking delivery is not happening not at all good service by Tira or the courier service worst ever. To initiate cancellation also they will take 2 days it seems. on top of that the refund will be given to the source card 4-5 days . what the hell is wrong with this TIRA service. I'm the first time user of this app and last time for SURE .
Guys, please do not download this app. Once you place an order, neither a delivery agent nor anyone else shows up to pick up the return. Don't get scammed-take my word for it, as I have been deceived multiple times. I call customer care repeatedly, but there is never a proper response; even if I do get through, they just say the problem won't be resolved. It has been 23 months now, and the issue still hasn't been fixed.

They are doing scam by keeping products and one of my product goes missing from the package they do not even listen and keep the money with them as it was prepaid order. don't order from the app ,they're fraud ,my first experience was so bad they just delivered me an empty bottle of product then in second time i thought the experience will be better so I order a foundation cost 1537 rupees but they just delivered me a empty box and when I report a missing item they email me that they will not refund me such a fraud app please anyone be aware before placing order from those frauders .don't ever order from them nyka is better .

I am extremely disappointed with Tira. I cancelled my order multiple times, yet it took days just to register the cancellation request, and I still had to repeatedly contact customer service through chats and calls. Despite this, the order continues to show as out for delivery, while the delivery date keeps getting extended. I don't understand why cancelling a single product is so difficult. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Tira. I will never order from this website again!!
if there was an option of negative ratings I would have given that.Very bad delivery agents and customer service team, without attempting the delivery they send message failed delivery attempts and if we raise a complaint towards the customer service team, they're asking to wait for 2-3 days,and it's been a week I am waiting to receive my product.Everyday I am receiving failed delivery attempts, without getting a call. What is the use of having all good stuff with bad customer service and agents
worst app I have ever seen. This app totally a scam. Thank god I put a cash on delivery so that I saved my money. I can't imagine if I paid through online before. I order some stuffs from the app, the price shows on the product is completely different at the checkout. There shows some coupons and freebies and all but nothing you can get. I checked an reviews before still I give it a try but it proved me wrong. I thank people who bravely spent time and expose such kinda app.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Tira. I placed an order, but it never arrived. While I understand that delivery delays can happen, what is completely unacceptable is the level of customer service I have received. Trying to resolve this issue has been a nightmare. Their customer support team is incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. Every time I try to get an update or a status on my missing order, I am met with scripted responses that offer no real solution or accountability
tira treats points are fake as soon as I was placing order to redeem my point tha app said I have insufficient point I had 479 point but after placing order it got cancelled and the point was down to 50 point with redeeming the point , it's a scam guy's

Worst service by Tira. The first time I ordered something from Tira, without delivering my order, it says it is delivered. There is no way that I can track this. Ticket status says pending. No response from the X handler. Instagram has the same automated message: "Have patience while we check." Is this a joke?

pathetic service, they are cheaters, they don't get back after you purchase from them. I have an ongoing order for 8000 rs, no tira points and even wrong products are not being returned. will never buy again from them. I have written to that email ID multiple times and there are three open tickets now with zero resolution. Nykaa is so good and prompt and I'm not paid by nykaa, I'm a regular person who tira has cheated in two orders. I have filed legal complaint, notice sent.

The functions of the earlier version was much better.After the update the App is not running smoothly and its lags everytime when I try to switch to different products. Please look after this matter. Its frustrating to see lagging while scrolling
