Disappointed with Tira. Very limited brand selection compared to other beauty apps. I checked the same products on another app and got them for up to ₹50 less. Tira advertises a free gift with every order, but other apps offer that too, so it’s nothing special. Worst part is the search experience. If a product is unavailable, it doesn’t even tell it’s unavailable. Just shows related products.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed my order on 16 April with Tira and paid for doorstep delivery. However, order has been significantly delayed and has not reached me till now, and responses from support have been generic and delayed without any clear reason or proper timeline.When I called Blue Dart office, I was informed that the package is large and cannot be delivered soon, and I was told that if I want it earlier, I should pick it up myself. This is not acceptable.
after installation I can only see white screen nothing else I have wasted my 1 hour in uninstall install restart and all pathetic app

I placed an order from this company, but it has been more than 15 days and it still hasn’t been delivered. The tracking information is unclear and there are no proper updates. Customer support is also not responding properly. This kind of delay is not acceptable. If you cannot deliver on time, you should inform customers in advance. Now I either want my order delivered immediately or a full refund. After this experience, I will not order from here again.
I have placed order on 17 april and still I have not received. coustomer service keeps on say 48 hours and it will get delivered. Today its been more than 150 hours and no shipment received

this is the worst shopping app I have ever tried....like I don't understand why are you people shows the coupons if your system can't allow them to use..... every coupon shows error whenever I proceed the payment.....also have very less variety of products....not gonna use this app again I just hate it

I hate to say this but .. it's my first tym ordering from this app I was expecting my parcel to be delivered by 5 to 6 working days but .. it kept on delaying ... seriously I'm so disappointed
I had the worst first experience!! After placing the order, they keep my order on placed status for two weeks! I was continuously doing a follow up with the support team but they just kept on saying it will be shipped in 2-3 days everytime. This kept on happening and then sent an update of the freebie being cancelled, which I don't even care about. I paid and I wanted my products on time!! They should get zero rating for poor customer service! Poor user experience & please don't ask to reach out

worst app in terms of delivering product because whenever you track your order it always shows next day is going to be deliver your product but this is not going to happen don't know about product yet not delivered more than 2 weeks still not delivered so dissapointed

Its my first time purchasing from this platform yet the worst one i have tried. I placed my order last month and still not delivered,it is still in transit. I don't care whatever the issue is but it is the same excuse every time. If i am still waiting is because i want what i ordered very badly and it is not available in other platforms. ❌FRAUD ALERT❌ MISSING PARCEL 📦 I strongly advise against purchasing from Tira due to my extremely poor experience. I ordered three items from Tira but only received two. It’s been a week now and I’ve been continuously trying to contact them, but there’s been no resolution. They’re not even responding. Is this how Tira treats its customers? Their customer service is unhelpful .I urge you to think carefully before ordering from TIRA.
Extremely disappointing experience. After multiple follow-ups and clearly raising all my concerns, my order was still not delivered and eventually got cancelled-after wasting so much of my time. What’s worse, I’ve successfully received deliveries at the same address before, yet this time it was suddenly marked as a “restricted area” with no proper explanation. Customer support kept delaying instead of resolving the issue, and no real solution was provided.
I placed an order on Tira on April 14, 2026, with delivery expected by April 21. That day, I received a notification stating it was delivered, but I did not receive the package, and none of my neighbors received it either. I contacted customer support, and they assured me it would be resolved within 2-3 days. It has now been over two weeks, yet the issue remains unresolved with no proper response.
pathetic experience. item missing and after raising a concern and Waiting for over a week I hear them back saying they can't do anything about it. really sad. I lost my hard earned money here. please don't trust them. they are fraudsters.

I have a very bad experience...I'm totally disappointed about the tira.. I had ordered a pac 21 brush...they were late delayed product delivery time .so I changed my mind...I didn't get a makeup brush on the tira site .. that's why I want a refund and return product... however..tira unavailable to return the product... lekin inke site par saaf saaf written me tha ezy return...uske baad bhi return nhi le rahe . so I want to say everyone... plz don't buy a tira site... thank you shikha
Very disappointing experience with the Tira app. It’s been 7 days and I still haven’t received my refund - no proper update, no timeline, nothing. On top of that, there’s zero information about my other product. No tracking details, no clear communication… just silence. Customer support is extremely frustrating. Either they don’t respond or give vague replies that don’t actually help. It honestly feels like once you place an order, you’re completely on your own.
Very poor service. My order has not been delivered even after 8+ days and is still showing as shipped. There is no proper update or accountability from the support team. I clearly requested a refund but there is no action taken yet. This kind of service is unacceptable. I request immediate refund of my amount. Not recommended. I generally don't write such comments on any app or post .. but my god tira has disappointed me a lot with it's delivery system.. the delivery site is not up to do i ordered my parcel 11 days earlier but there no parcel .. but kept on saying they'll deliver it next day and till date I have not recieved it ..

Very disappointing experience. One item was missing from my order and when I reported it, they said they would look into it. It has been 5 days now with no action, and my request has already been rejected even though the product was clearly missing. I have neither received the product nor a refund. Also, another item from the same order placed on 14 April is still not delivered. Earlier I never had issues with Tira, but this time the delivery and customer support have been very disappointing.

Worst experience , they first deliver wrong products , charge you delivery charges , and wont process any exchange for their own wrong deliveries. no accountability and responsibility , so please order at your own risk , as they may charge you all the charges and still deliver wrong products

I got a better deal on Tira from the usual app that i order from. I placed the order and it kept on delaying.... i waited for like 20 days and then they automatically cancelled my order, by saying "no one received the order when delivery partner came". No one came they didn't even provide the delivery partner's number or name. Then i went back to the Tira app and they have now raised up the price's no coupons or discounts. Such a fraud app.
I purchased a smashbox skin tint but the packaging was open no seal. The product came in almost empty. on raising return request they didnt take any action no pickup nothing. Then finally its been weeks I am emailing them with details but no proper action or response I have received. Beware of sich fraud if you are ordering something expensive.

Extremely misleading information regarding expiry dates. The app shows an expiry date of 2028 for products, but they deliver items that are about to expire. When contacted, customer service gives automated replies and refuses to guarantee the expiry date shown on their own platform. Very unprofessional experience. Be careful before buying
Very disappointing experience. Received the wrong product even though the invoice was correct. Poor service and careless order handling. Would not recommend,rating this app zero stars.
The app is amazing. But they use the worst courier service - Blue Dart. They won't even attempt delivery, simply they'll mark premises closed or person unavailable, so in the end the order stands cancelled by default. Tried complaining and raising a ticket on Tira - no response. Today I personally went to the Blue Dart outlet and got my courier cos it was showing cancelled. So unless Tira takes measures to ensure product is delivered, there's no use in having the best app in the world also.
