For a reason Hostinger left you... I will soon as well...once my hosting deal will end. at the meantime, I recommend everyone to use a different app. Titan comes with my hosting provider. If it would up to me: do not use. very basic and every option cost money. Even making rules to organize your email come on the cost of your notification.
Not accepting valid credentials that work via web.. can't submit a report or ticket... wasting time...
another app like Amazon that once you subscribe they make it impossible to unsubscribe. theres no way to unsubscribe
Sorry but this has become annoying. The popup saying that the "trial ends TODAY" comes up EVERYDAY for the last few weeks if not longer. Another thing is there's no way to clear the "read" count so I have a red 50 there with no way to clear it. Also, I think you did a big disservice making features that were previously free (email templates) paid. Due to this I lost my templates. One rule is to never delete user data without notifying users about it. At least allow users to save it first. :)
A experiência que tenho é péssima. A ferramenta atende o básico, o suporte é péssimo, o custo é um dos piores. Enfim, tudo isto nos levou a buscar outra ferramenta para e-mail e também a substituição do provedor HostGator e Titan (nome presunçoso), que a comercializa, e que igualmente tem suporte primário e só lembra do cliente na renovação do plano. Assim, ambos formam uma dupla dinâmica digna de atendimento nota exemplar negativa, tendendo ao infinito. Espero ter auxiliado muitos na decisão.
Modified my location , not sure why but it changed my present location to Thakur engineering college- Mumbai. when I uninstalled the location was back to Delhi. something fishy...I will avoid this app

Didn't able to login my mail after trying for several time it shows the same message like incorrect mail address or password
so trash how everything that is supposed to be free dosnt work well how can they expect me to pay to upgrade when the basic things like creating a signature with a company image dosnt work or editing the image or even simply putting a profile picture. please work on this.
When I login in the app, it redirects to the godaddy login page since I purchased it from godaddy. After entering my login credentials it says the wrong user or password even though it is the correct one. I can login on the Desktop but not on the mobile app. I contacted them but it wasn't helpful at all.
Unfortunately, immediately uninstalled. Contains adds for upgrade plans. This is absolutely unacceptable for a paid service. And does not support themed icon.

I had to turn off my notifications due to excessive spam mail constantly throughout the day. titan will do nothing about it. there is no option to block the spam from the same email over and over

It is THE WORST mailing service I've ever used. You can save a contact a million time but it won't auto complete. There's no option to insert contacts. Contacts open in a separate tab in the browser from where you have to manually copy paste an email address. Mails randomly disappear and appear again My Sent folder is blank on the browser right now while everything is there in the mobile app. Complaining doesn't help either.
Email completely disabled for 3 days?! I cannot send, receive, or cleanup my junk mail. They tell you to send a request for help with the email address, but how do I open it if my email isn't functioning? I've got mail sitting in the queue from 3 days ago. Get a customer support number, PLEASE.

Horrible service, rediculus customer support, outdated UI, paywall after paywall for features. Interacting with customer support made me create a proton email account.

Run people run, run as fast as you can from this ridiculous service!! Imagine having 1TB space on your phone, and the email app only saves your e-mails from a single month (last month) on your phone! This is just to ridiculous to be true, but it it is!! And you even get chargerd for this!! And, if you cancle their service, you can't even access this single month of emails anymore!! I am officially an idiot for purchasing this, there you go, I admitted!!

EVERY DAY 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 days away...... The reminder to renew at the bottom of the app starting everyday from 14 days away is so annoying that I'm switching to Google workspace if you don't fix it real soon. That's ridiculous. EVERY DAY!!!!!!!! I switched to the web desktop app just to get some peace.

terrible. it's not forwarding to my Gmail again and all these fake renew emails, they almost stole $190 from me.
2Stars is being nice. Hostinger has me hostage, I mean Some of the most basic services they're trying to charge you for. there are definitely better emails, esp for business out there for a lot less, unless you have hostinger web, than you have zero choice.
i stopped receiving emails after the 9th of August despite knowing they have been sent. I use my titan email address for important matters so this is really bad. please fix this
Can't delete searched items. What's the point of searching for items if you can't delete them?
Extremely poor privacy for a business oriented app. No caldav, no carddav? No IMAP import. You guys have a lot of work to do.
i honestly only use titan out of necessity. it's very clunky and full of problems. the search feature doesn't render results. the spam filter doesn't hide spam, but instead makes it so you can't respond to be removed from an email list. images don't load. it's awful.
