I have Player's Entertainment IP TV Streaming Service & I like the TiViMate user interface so much better. Not to mention a lot of times an on demand movie doesn't show up when I search it on Player's Entertainment but it does on TiViMate. Like The Day The Earth Stood Still (2008). I keep trying to watch it & it keeps crashing. I like TiViMate & will pay the $11.99 per year if I could watch the VOD movies. The TV guide works fine, but even downloading VLC or MX Player it still won't work. Fix it
Buyer beware. This program has many flaws and customer support is non-existent! Worst purchase I have ever made from the Play store. Don't expect to get any help from support. If I could give zero stars I would.

Unreliable DVR. If you're buying it to have recorded tv, save your money. I leave the TV on, tivimate open running and tuned in on the channel set to record and when I come back it's still not recorded. I hope they fix this bug, among others (sometimes I have to reboot the TV to make any channel work) so I can have my money finally worth it.

Do not waste your money! This service stopped working for me. I was told by Tivimate to contact my IPTV provider. I did, and they told me that the problem was with Tivimate.

Free trial. So the email and password is my Play store account, aye? yet I can now no longer get onto the Android App, login details don't work on Fire stick. On android, it remains frozen on the activated instruction. but odd, no? Yet worked before on the free version....I'll probably cancel the free trial if this doesn't work.

what is the purpose of this?
I have had nothing but great things from tivimate up until recently. for some reason none of my fire sticks work under the url I've had for the last 3 years. the service provider says it is not a widespread issue. SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?? I am also locked in until next year with the upgraded account THAT I CAN NOT USE
Unable to login in the iPTV app on TV after subscribing!! Forget password process doesn't work either!
paid lifetime sub. Reinstalled, can't log in to the reinstalled app. there are 6 different tivimates on PlayStore, downloaded tried login and uninstalled all of them. I might throw this $50 away and use a free app. anything must be better. also most of these 6 tivimate have adds sneakily pointing you to the IPTV they are selling, and on most the QR to use phone to enter doesn't work right so it takes time to enter all the login info.( no problem logging into my paid account on my computer)
For some reason it doesn't work on Samsung Tan S10 Ultra. Will delete or edit my comment when I have some explanation or solution for this. A simple "Your device is not supported by the app" will be enough, but better if we know what exactly the problem is.

Problems with streaming TV/Films, keeps coming up with a codec error . Please someone fix this , it's not on having to use an external player if you pay for something.
Once you switched to an external player you cannot switch back. It's useless.

Usless App feels very much like a scam.
My 7 day trial of premium has ended and now I would like to pay for the lifetime membership. Google play is only giving the option to pay for the monthly membership. How can I switch to the lifetime membership option? If that's not an option I'm just canceling altogether.

best bit about tvimate is copying settings between fire stick devices now this option has been stopped by Amazon so tvimate is not worth purchasing no more shame used to be excellent
buffering terrible trying to just get us information
I was automatically charged to renew subscription, but, it won't let me view the channels. I tried logging out and back in and it didn't work. I tried re-entering Playlist info and I keep getting error message. how can I get this fixed so I can watch the channels???
doesn't offer a great deal in functionality of the app.
It's pretty good on tv, but I can not use it on my mobile. when ever I open the app on my phone, it goes to this page where it says refresh and it shows only one device my tv where I can use it only. but not the phone
after 3 years I was told that my lifetime subscription expired. when I tried to resolve it I was told I had to pay just to talk to someone. never using this app again.
Lately.. Tivimate won't play channels ore update. No problem with other player app
