곡 시작하면 10분이상 "반주곡 다운로드 중입니다." 버퍼링해서 아무 곡도 못 부르네요... 한 곡도 아닌 모든 곡이 다 이래요. 빨리 다운 받을수 있도록 해주새요.

30일 티켓을 구매 했는데, 카드에 결재는 세 번이나 되었는데 노래는 아직도 45초 밖에 안 되네요. 이런 오류가 생기게 하면 도대체 비지니스를 어떻게 합니까? 그리고 유료 티켓 구매를 한 고객이 바로 상담이나 불만을 신고 할 수 있는 연락처가 있어야지 페북에 가서 글을 쓰라니 참. 메시지 보내니 또 고객 확인이 안 되니 티스토어 가서 뭐 하라고 하고. 스마트폰 쓰는 사람이 Skt 만 있습니까? 질러가 작은 회사도 아닌데 이런 식으로 고객 서비스 하면 됩니까?

로그인 절차가 너무 까다롭고 인증번호 보내준다고 했는데 오지도 않고 나가기 하니까 다시 처음부터 가입절차 해야되고... ㅠㅠ
