Die Schritt-Synchronisation zu TK-Fit ist unzuverlässig: Daten fehlen, kommen verspätet oder sind falsch. Über Google Health werden Schritte korrekt übergeben, aber nicht stabil weitergeleitet. Trotz Updates bleiben diese Probleme seit Jahren ungelöst.

Wenn wenigstens der Support nachträglich irgendwas machen könnte, aber anscheinend kann halt niemand dort irgendwas sinnvolles. Schafft einfach diesen unnützen Freischaltcode ab
Die App meiner Krankenversicherung fühlt sich wie eine kleine Zeitreise an. Erst kommt ein Brief zur Bestätigung, die Bescheinigung für den Arbeitgeber muss man extra anfordern. Dann Registrierung: Freischaltcode bestellen und per Post warten. In der App kann man ihn erstmal nicht eingeben, sondern nur neu anfordern - Lösung im FAQ. Und ja, jeder Brief braucht etwa drei Werktage. Fast wie im letzten Jahrhundert.
Die App lässt mich nicht einloggen. Ich typp mein Passwort ein, es wird akzeptiert, und dann sehe ich Passwort eingabe wieder.
Unterstützt biometrische Entsperrung nur über Google Play Integrity. Hardware Attestation kann auch ohne diese erfolgen. Sich an diese Weise an ein US-Unternehmen zu koppeln ist keine durchdachte Entscheidung. Bei der geopolitischen Lage erst recht. Zumal Play Integrity nichts über die tatsächliche Sicherheit des Systems aussagt. Auch davon ab ist die App häufig unbrauchbar und bleibt in einem Login Loop hängen. Nur Löschen von Storage und Cache + Neuregistrierung hilft.
Funktion auf Custom ROMs wie Graphehe OS wurde eingestellt. Vollkommen abhängig von Play Integrity. Pingeliger als jede Banking App.
Wie kann das sein das ich verdammt 7 tage schritte verliere nur weil ich die Datenquelle tausche um fahrrad daten zu inkludieren und behalte nicht von den Vortage. Alle 6 tage davor sind weg. Selbst wenn ich rückgängig mache nimmt es nicht. Alles weg! Das motiviert mich gar nicht. Das lustige ist, google fit findet den fahrrad Aktivitäten von wahoo die ins health connect übermittelt aber tk app die auch auf health connect greift, findet es nicht. Diese fehlen am Ende auch. Login spinnt auch.

Die App blockiert GrapheneOS über die Play Integrity API. GrapheneOS ist kein gerootetes System, es ist ein sicherheitsgehärtetes Android für Pixel-Geräte mit aktuellem Patchlevel und gesperrtem Bootloader. Ich muss die App daher auf einem Samsung S9 nutzen, das seit 4 Jahren keine Sicherheitsupdates mehr bekommt. Eine Krankenkassen-App, die mich auf ein unsicheres Gerät zwingt, ist ein Widerspruch. Android hat dafür native, sichere Validierung ohne Google. Support hat leider nicht geantwortet.
I got stuck in an endless loop of login. Either via biometrics, or by providing a password, it shows loadong spinner and opens login screen again. I've reinstalled the app and now I need to wait for an activiation code sent my post.
Sehr umständigt die app zu instaliren
TK-APP refuses to run on GrapheneOS, and claims about "security" or "compatibility" are completely false. GrapheneOS is a strictly compatible, highly secure Android OS. If security were the actual goal, TK-APP could easily use the open Hardware Key Attestation API to cryptographically verify GrapheneOS devices. This app is enforcing Google's business monopoly, not protecting users.
Wenn man mit timeout ausgelogged wird, bekommt man willkürliche Fehler. Übertragung von Schritten mit google health connect schlimmer als mit google fit. oft geht nichts weil eine neue Version vorhanden ist, was eine Unverschämtheit ist. und benachrichtigt wird man nicht. oft cache Fehler. Einfach ein Schrott.
Wenn die EPA bei der TKK nicht funktioniert ist das ein guter Grund um zu prüfen ob andere Krankenkassen günstig sind.
Bin bis jetzt sehr Zufrieden gewesen, leider funktioniert die TK Ident und Doc app nicht auf GraphenOS. Dadurvh bringt mir die TK App alleine aich nichts.... Die Begründung isg halt technisch nicht belegbar, und zumutut damit dass Google Monopol. Eine Sicherstellung der Sicherheit des Systems ist auch durch eine Abfrage möglich ohne die Abhngigkeit von Google, nähmlich durch die Nutzung von Hardware Attestation API
It was a good app, but for the past few months, it has had an annoying bug. At first, after initialization and enabling fingerprint login, it works that day, and you can log in without any problems. However, later it becomes impossible to log in; it gets stuck in a loop of requiring the fingerprint. Even canceling the fingerprint recognition and trying to log in with the password doesn't work. You have to clear the app's data and set it up with the activation code again! I'm running stock One UI
Aktuell version, müsste alle Verbindungen erneuert auswählen, trotzdem stimmen die tracking daten nicht. Auf keinen Fall war das app wirklich getestet.

Please program your apps in a way that use Android's much stronger hardware attestation API instead of the stupid Play Integrity API... EDIT: Kein Verständnis, sorry. Andere Apps können auch die hardware attestation api benutzen und sind nicht von google abhängig. Siehe ING Banking App z. B..
Ich habe ein uraltes Pixel, welches seit mind. 4 Jahren kein einziges Sicherheitsupdate bekommen hat. Mit dem kann ich TK-Safe, -Ident und Co. nutzen. Mit einem aktuellen Pixel 9 mit GrapheneOS (welches Sicherheitsprüfungen zulässt, ganz einfach!) kann ich diese Apps nicht nutzen. Es tut fast weh, wie mein Zugang zur ePA an US-Tech gebunden ist. Andere Hersteller schaffen es auch. Siehe GOS "attestation-compatibility-guide".
Wenn ich beim ersten Start auf dem auf Englisch umgestellten Handy Deutsche Sprache in der App auswähle, wird ewig ein Wartecursor angezeigt und es geht nicht weiter.
Unendliche Login Schleife. Nach erfolgreicher Anmeldung lande ich einfach wieder im Anmelde Bildschirm. Unmodifizierte EU Xiaomi Software (Redmi Note 13 Pro), Android 14. Nicht mal entsperrter Bootloader.

If you use the secure variant of Android, GrapheneOS, stay away from this Krankenkasse, as you can't use any of the apps. They claim it is not their fault but the answers I got show they don't understand that they could make it work if the wanted, like many sensitive german apps (e.g. bank apps) already do. This is the only problematic one, together with a famous food delivery app. A basic service like this should rely on the standard Android security layers and not Google (U.S) services.
Ich brauche keine App, die mich nach wenigen Wochen Inaktivität rauskickt und ich neu meine Zugangsdaten eingeben muss. Dann kann ich auch einfach in den mobilen Browser gehen und dort alles machen. Dieser deutsche Datenschutz-Wahnsinn macht einen fertig...

Does not work on Graphene Os, even when it's more secure than stock. Even Banking apps are more accepting. Just contact the developers and figure something out!
Unusable, App goes back to log in screen after successful login. Seems like it soft crashes and gets stuck in the log in screen view (I am on GrapheneOS with all compatibilities activated, Google Play Integrity API included)

Tk health insurance might be working well for German people. But I assure you that if you don't speak German and you live half of the year outside Germany you should absolutely avoid them. My two last invoices were of 600€ & 800€ because I had injured my knee playing volleyball, had to do exams, injections and physiotherapy. From the 600€, I got 150€ back from them. From the 800€ I got 200€ back. I pay 300€/months to them and I almost didn't get any other issues in 5 years.

Every time I want to use the app my account is magically blocked and I need to setup my account from scratch. The setup requires too many steps and security codes, passwords, insurance code .... None of my banking apps have this level of security :)))

Mörderische Bürokratie! Um das e-Rezept zu öffnen, braucht man jedoch einen PIN-Code. Diesen habe ich beantragt und erst nach 3 Wochen erhalten - und in der Schlange stehen und mich ausweisen, nur um diesen Brief zu bekommen. Jetzt gehe in die App mit PIN und was sehe ich? Für den Bereich „E-Rezept“ muss ich mich erneut identifizieren und dafür extra eine Drittanbieter-App herunterladen und installieren. WAS BITTE!!?? Das ist die reinste Hölle und kein Kundenservice. Einfach nur Schikane!
Ich kann mich nicht mehr einloggen, lande immer wieder direkt bei der Eingabe des Passworts. Es gibt keine Fehlermeldung. Vermutlich liegt es aber an GrapheneOS (ohne root). Warum auch immer man ausgerechnet das nachprüfbar sicherste Betriebssystem ausschließt.

Das Einloggen wird durch die "Sicherheitsvorkehrungen" verunmöglicht. die TK kommt auch nicht auf die Idee, wichtige Korrespondenz per Brief oder E-Mail nochmal zu versenden, wenn ich über die App nicht reagiere, weil ich eben nicht rein komme. lasst die Finger von dieser App!
you need code to use app but when you get code you need tk identity app where you also need pin which they send in mail. when i requested pin tells me there is error, already lost hole week just to see my results.
once again they broke TK FIT challenge. it does not work properly since they move to health connect in October 2025. every year TK made changes that make the TK fit part instable. issue is not about the apps permissions. simply restart the app or the phone several times and you will get totally different values. Same problem end of Nov 20205
Ich bekomme leider einen Blackscreen nach dem login screen auf GrapheneOS, das ist sehr schade. Nach Analyse des Error logs ist klar, an den Einstellungen liegt es nicht sondern an der App. Edit: Natürlich sind die Google Play Dienste aktiviert. Das ist hier ein klares Problem seitens der TK. Es funktioniert auch mit allen möglichen Banking Apps. Es macht einfach keinen Sinn ein viel sichereres Betriebssystem nicht zuzulassen. Ich dachte der TK wäre Datensicherheit wichtig.
Update the app fingerprint no longer works
So, while thr app was not installable a few month ago, finally it started working. So it seems the TK is working on something. Nevertheless, after the latest update the app broke once again. I login and the screen stays black. I am on GOS. Edit: Google Dienste sind im entsprechenden Profil aktiviert. Selbat Banking-Apps die auf Googles Security Net angewiesen sind laufen einwandfrei. Das TK Team macht generell einen tollen Job und ich verstehe das GOS ein recht exotisches OS ist.
Works OK-ish for creating certificates or claiming money back on health services, but the TK-Fit component is so disjointed, nonfunctional and badly documented that it is not worth your time. Fails to record every other activity, does not work with Strava at all and if you try to change to connect something else then it will erase everything so far. [Update Nov 2025:] Still terrible, discovering new bugs all the time.
