poor app, extension of poor website. search function is dreadful, key words do not bring results even when a brand or item is actually available when you trawl through pages and pages within generic categories.. the website has always had a poor search function so it makes sense the app would be equally bad. Also, how in 2025 an app does not have a dark mode....no, I do want to burn my retinas with a stark white screen!!! My entire phone is set to dark mode. Functionality poor, interface poor.

love shopping in TK maxx and been waiting for the app to arrive in the UK. but the app keeps crashing frequently, wish list or baskets won't always load, can't remove items from the basket.
Useless app, card was charged but order didn't go through, have to wait 2 weeks until transaction is reverted back to my account, fix your issues
I love the shop, but the app itself has technical problems, whereas I can't remove items from the basket and so can't proceed with my order. At the moment, I keep uninstalling and reinstalling, and even then, sometimes it doesn't work
UK version You cannot put items in the basket or check out and access it. Now the homepage won't work either. Online shopping isn't possible anymore.

The search system is shocking !! it simply does not work it does not provide the fully available results for the given criteria, the filters are confusing and again, do not work properly.

The app has lots of buggs, doesn't allow you to remove anything from the basket and the wish list is non existent. Hopefully their web dev team will actually fix it soon
Only occasionally shows me my Love List, and most times it simply doesn't want to load no matter what I do. Inability to edit the basket is really bizarre. So the app is only good for an occasional browse of the items when you are too lazy to use the browser. Hence 2 stars for now
