I only intended to make a one-time payment of ₹5 on the TMKOC PlaySchool app. Later, ₹1,499 was deducted from my account through UPI AutoPay without my clear knowledge or informed consent. I have contacted the support team multiple times via email, but I have not received any response. This has been a very disappointing experience. I kindly request the team to review my case, refund my money, and improve customer support for users facing similar issues.
I am trying to make a payment. ₹5 was deducted from my account, but the payment was not completed and got canceled. I'm not sure why this happened. Could you please check this issue for me?
