Rewards cannot be redeemed no matter what I do. The app prompts me to "go to the app." But I am ON the app! Same goes for the website. I'm put in a loop, unable to redeem my rewards. Even though I've accrued the necessary points for a reward tier, Toast still has it locked out. It also took months for me to verify my email, because the codes were never sent. Horrendously coded, both website & app. You can tell there's little effort put into this product. Uninstalling and deleting my account.
Terrible. Don't know how people use this. Try to order a bacon burger. Add to cart. Comes up, no bacon, no toppings. The boxes are automatically checked to remove toppings. What a mess.

my cards have been declined for months despite having used the cards before and knowing they have funds and don't decline other places. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP
It says I don't have any linked cards... Then there is no way to link any... Why is that?
Had potential, but gets worse and worse over time. You can select a filter for "Pickup" or "Delivery", but it literally doesn't do anything. This has been an issue for ages but they apparently can't be bothered to fix it. Now they have an overzealous, automatic "fraud protection service" that will block your card over and over again, and then you have to deal with trash AI customer service to maybe have it fixed just so it can happen again. Pathetic.

No longer lets me log in. Can't even browse as guest. Just gives cannot connect errors. uninstall and reinstall doesn't correct.
I just downloaded this app to get my account set up and it lets me put in my phone but keeps sending error can connect and check my server. I have tried 2 different inter servers, uninstalled it, restarted my phone, installed it back. waited a couple of days and it's still not working.
Useless, does not display complete menus on Android (Samsung Galaxy).
Deceptive, pulled a tip for the delivery driver and gave it to the restaurant and made it pick-up. No resolution. Avoid apps/shops that use this.
I wish the app wasn't constantly changing and probably for the last 2 months, there are constant issues with any card being accepted for purchase.

Pointless. This spp is horrible. Nothing I ordered was correct, and when I reached out to them, they wouldn't do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and use another service.
this app is a scam I just got ripped off for $40 and the first reviews look good and then you scroll down for a while and you start seeing how everybody's getting ripped off and how the app doesn't work do not download this and I am contacting the authorities and disputing charges everybody else needs to do the same if they get ripped off these guys will go to prison
awful, customer service is terrible cannot get issue resolved
App rarely allows orders to go through. I have a valid CC with funds and it rejects it 90% of the time and will randomly work despite nothing being different.
