My reservation got cancelled out of the blue, no explanation given. highly recommend to use a different reservation app instead of Toast, as I will be from now on.

app does not work will not load check out infoat all I went and asked for help. I have made sure phone and app updated, cleared cache and data and un installed and re installed app and same thing. when I'm on app.and ask for help all say it order directly with resteraunts, and when I email them they said they dont help with app. I dont know why cant help with this to get the app to work. Just says cant load data. whoever created or puts app together i guess just dont care if there is a issue.

I am in the app, looking at my rewards and it tells me to access them easily and use them quicker to use the app. I AM IN THE APP!!! If you click the button that says claim rewards order in app it sends me to their mobile website, which shows NOTHING. Sucks.
I've been using this app for about a year I guess and it was working great. I don't know what happened but no matter what form of payment I use it is declined. I know of others that are having the same issues. I have removed all forms of payment and added them back in, I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, I've made sure my system on my phone is updated and I've restarted my phone multiple times. I have no idea what else I can do. The app is useless!!!

Really? I can't even get to basic info in the app like my QR code and linked cards? I have to dig into a restaurants rewards on the web to see them? why even have an app?

Delivery button shows wrong information. Almost as useful as a web search for "restaurants near me."
Won't send a log in code, so I can't access order history, order updates, reward points, etc.
Never works now..
App shows link to dowload the app within the app. Account info such as linked cards disappears withoutany obvious reason. Convoluted and intransparent account management, amateurish programming.
app will not take payment
App did not apply a discount of about 10%. Customer service was unable to do anything, and directed me to talk to the service staff/manager during the lunch rush. I'm out $10 and Toast didn't do anything about it except ask information about what app version I was using.
why is there a button in the app asking me to download the app???? there are two options for ordering. "order on app" and "order online" tapping ether one takes you to the phones web browser. App is poorly designed I will be uninstalling it

Awkwardly designed. Navigating back and forth through the app is very slow because every screen reloads the data which takes 2-3 seconds. Quickly navigating to the QR code for any restaurant takes too many clicks.
I come to central bbq 2 to 3 xs a month for the last few years and none of my activity shows for any rewards.
Formerly was my favorite way to find local restaurants while traveling, but updates have progressively made this app more and more useless. Delivery filter doesn't work at all now, places without pickups (bars, etc) showup, doesn't filter places that are closed no matter the selection (why would I ever have to select "open now"?) and it forgets selections constantly. how the updates have progressively made it so much worse is baffling. Just revert to what it was, when it actually worked.
With some restaurants I have issues looking at all the "required modifiers" that I need to select from before adding an item to the cart. Therefore I can't add the item. It happens with Aviator pizza for example, the size options are not visible so I can't choose a size and I can't add the pizza to the cart. My bf has the app on iPhone and it works well for him so definitely something to look into for Android.
