I never get the discounts to work but until I tried website by browser it's works like it should so just the app is a waste of time 😂👍🏻
I have had this app for ages, and it has worked as expected, though not for any relevant benefits or discounts. Now, after an update, it no longer recognises my account and when I try to create a new account to register my purchase today, all I get is a message saying that my 'login failed and to 'try again later?
Stupid stamp rewards don't come through when they should. Then you have no time to use it by the time it does decide to come up. And you can't use more than one free meal reward on the same table. It's a reward that you pay for in the price you pay, and they basically steal it off you. Shame on you!
never lets me log in. hasn't for about 2 years I reckon.
not working correctly. 3rd visit should have a free meal and its not there. when opening app it says I have no wifi connection please retry so have to click the retry button to get the app to work. definitely some faults on this app atm. sort it out.
Tried to redeem a free meal after getting three stamps, but doesn't show in the rewards. I didn't know it was meant to show in the rewards section until I tried to redeem, really not a great app and very misleading to say you have earned a reward and then make it impossible to redeem. very poor digital service from a large company, the restaurant visit itself was actually very good.
very regularly won't let me sign in. Just keeps throwing me out the app saying try again later.

When the app was first installed it worked really well. Now everytime I receive a reward it is not transferred to my wallet. I have frequently contacted customer services by email and phone informing them about the problems with the rewards not transferring to my wallet. Each time I have been given instructions as to what to do. None of the instructions have worked. Transferring the rewards to my wallet has always been done by customer services. This seems to be a problem for many customers.
earned enough for a free meal and it didn't generate my voucher for me at all .there's no way to report this at all .
