keeps getting into a screen refresh loop on startup.

Early June 26 updated and app refuses to work at home or in Toby carvery. Lost my whole account. Maybe time to go elsewhere. Grrrrrr...

Toby Carvery is a great dining experience. the App is absolutely rubbish, like it was designed by a web design student who doesn't know what Toby Carvery is and hasn't got a grip of web design yet.

Updated app, didn't show homescreen. Finally appeared after a couple of hours, but lost all my rewards. Great!
I am registered with Toby but can never get any special offers
What an absolute joke,I took my mum too the Springfield carvey in Chelmsford and at the time tried too use my stamp rewards promotion,but instead of any discount or free meal was charged full price and lied too by staff. Food was dry and vegetables were dried out.7 April 1pm 2026.
I never get the discounts to work but until I tried website by browser it's works like it should so just the app is a waste of time 😂👍🏻
I have had this app for ages, and it has worked as expected, though not for any relevant benefits or discounts. Now, after an update, it no longer recognises my account and when I try to create a new account to register my purchase today, all I get is a message saying that my 'login failed and to 'try again later?
Stupid stamp rewards don't come through when they should. Then you have no time to use it by the time it does decide to come up. And you can't use more than one free meal reward on the same table. It's a reward that you pay for in the price you pay, and they basically steal it off you. Shame on you!
never lets me log in. hasn't for about 2 years I reckon.
not working correctly. 3rd visit should have a free meal and its not there. when opening app it says I have no wifi connection please retry so have to click the retry button to get the app to work. definitely some faults on this app atm. sort it out.
