no free delievery or offer to claim cashback if product price is less anywhere...all offers just for one day nothing is cheap it costs almost same ..

this is also part of Swiggy. It feels like cheating - they take the order and keep customers waiting until a delivery partner gets another order on the way. Even getting the order accepted itself takes too much time, and the waiting period is frustrating.

They are a bunch of unprofessionals. The order gets delayed with horrible time. No notification/intimation on your delayed order. While trying to get Zomato business they haven't been able to meet the basic SOP for there consumers.
you should mention Available cities. Not available in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.. my time wasted
worst app ever. No customer care. my food was missing for half an hour and there was no help from their service. lucky the Amount was low and got the order after one hour. never again gonna buy from them

Worst delivery service and taking more hour to deliver. If you want to cancel, you'll have to cancel, it will be charged with cancel charge.
aggarwal sweets gulab jamun are ₹1500 per kg on this app... and when they say lowest or 2x refund. got the same item from same restaurant on Zomato at ₹590.. so tough then offering 150 toing cash as 2x refund for 10 minutes which can only be used for that particular product only. why would one order from thing one they are getting better price at zomato.

Very disappointing experience with Toing. They claim to offer the ‘lowest price guaranteed’, but I found the exact same item available at the same price but with their offers much lower price on the Zomato app. False marketing claims like this reduce customer trust. Please be transparent with pricing instead of making misleading promises

Disappointing app the support staff is useless specially shivam the delivery is extremely slow you have to wait almost 1-1.5 hrs to get 5 rotis.

This is a very bad APP, it does not even give refund and charges the total food price as cancellation fee and you neither get refund nor order 💔🙂 I hate this app soooo much, please don't use this APP
