Very bad delivery service. I ordered three items, but only two were delivered in the package. However, I was charged for all three items. I contacted customer support, but they did not provide any proper help or satisfactory response. This was a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this app because of its poor service and lack of customer support.

worst app to use..the food that come are all pathetic in taste and worst service.. they will provide you bad food in 1-1.5 hour and then there will be no support provided by them to solve the issue. I ordered pizaa and burger at 10 pm the food arrived at 11:30 and both pizaa and burger were completely burnt and when I raised the complain they said they can provide me 20 rupees refund...

Your delivery partner is totally froud. They just making customer fool. I am not using this app anymore and not suggesting this app anyone. totally waste of time app.

Service unavailable most times. This seems to be run by Swiggy and is only a marketing gimmick.
Order was accepted and kept in "Preparing" for 45 minutes with no updates. Only after I contacted the delivery partner 5 minutes before delivery was I told the restaurant couldn't fulfil the order. They asked me to cancel despite it being their fault. After they cancelled, my family was left hungry at 10:12 PM at night. An unwell family member then had to go out late at night to search for food. Never ordering from your app again in the future. I would have rated negative if it had been possible

The worst app I have used for food delivery, They are Just doing fraud with the customers, I have ordered from moolchand pratha and received some local tandoori paratha pathetic service. never ever recommend this app
There is not much price difference. Even if there is, the delivery would always lack in packaging/handling or have missing food items. Though the customer service is able to resolve the issue, contacting customer care each time ruins the experience. I'd rather pay 20-30 rupees more and get my food without any issues.

Another garbage food delivery app, totally nonsense customer support.
use less don't use this they will make you wait for 45 min and on 40th min they will call you and say sorry for the inconvenience . this is due to they don't have delivery partner I had same issue with 2 orders please don't waste your time

guys don't go for this app.... if you are going through any issueslike food quality or bad condition of food... they are apologizing only rest no solution they are having... although I am using Swiggy from many years but this app changed everything... I'm deleting Swiggy, Toing and Instamart too... very disappointed after using it. Even after reading worst ratings I've installed this app.. and I've lost my time, money, energy and mental peace...

This is the third rated service. This is sister of Swiggy and it's worse than Swiggy. Highly rated food seems fake rated by the app owner as items are not as described, weight is not mentioned, food for one person is hardly few grams, one get shocked to see it. if you complain, no real person to chat. no response to the complaint. This people basically earn on cheating and mal practicing. They are very smart who use their education and skill to fool customers. they don't dare to talk or chat.
Worst experience. I have ordered @8:41 and after 2 hours, its still saying getting ready. I called multiple times but no answer. Just have to keep waiting.

Very disappointing experience. My paneer curry was delivered very late, and when it finally arrived, the food was completely cold. The quality was not acceptable, and I couldn't enjoy my meal. Please improve your delivery time and ensure food is delivered hot. I hope you take customer complaints seriously.
