20k + diamonds and the only thing that keep spawned was warding card. i have been saving for my favorite character card and even spend money to get it but i didn't even get a single copy. even FGO drop rate was better than this trash gacha rate system. what a dissapointing game

this game doesn't even bother to protect the safety of your account. once it gets hacked, there's no way for you to retrieve or protect it. All complaints are replied with the same response. what's the point of if you're not going to keep us safe? this game only after your money. don't bother installing.

Please stop with the inappropriate, misleading ai-generated ads, I already quit this game and don't want to play it again...
extremely pay to play, I wouldn't recommend unless you want to get completely drained of money just trying to play the game. F2P seems very unlikely and hard for this game. but also just looking at the costs of stuff in the game is absurd. highway robbery at its best.
Main character is terrible, but the story is fun. Almost impossible to advance through cases unless you spend a lot of money, so it is prohibitively expensive. They will block you from reading if you don't advance enough in the game, too. Cute, but will move on quickly due to cost. Also they just forced us to join servers with others which really sucks. Honestly, this thing is getting worse.
The problem with this game is that it soon becomes boring. Summoning gains useless stuff 96+% of the time. The throttle on story episodes (given that stories are the reason most people are interested in) encourages players to bail out of the game IMHO.

Leaving 1 star until players can turn off DMs from random other players. I get 3 spam messages a day at this point. If you're gonna use parasocial relationships to siphon money out of players, improve the social aspect
This game would be 100% better if it didn't use AI. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed.
I got really into this game not knowing they use gen ai art throughout. A friend sent me an ai ad of theirs too. It turns out, they have publicly acknowledged this, but in a way that is deeply disappointing. I will never give another cent to this game, and will avoid the developer in the future. I would love if they would change their policy on it, but it seems very unlikely after their message. Gen ai is not inevitable, and it's entities like this that give any kind of credence to the idea.
I love this game. The Developers do not love their players... A huge game breaking glitch happened causing a large amount of resource waste in the game, and despite many tickets from all of us they keep insisting its simply a misunderstanding due to Daylights Savings and won't look into the issue further. I will not be spending any more on this game until the issue is properly looked at and addressed, and neither should you.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND PURCHASE AMOUNTS ARE RIDICULOUS! They royally screwed up the game in multiple ways when daylight savings time happened. Multiple to many people placed complaints, and we all got replies that nothing appeared wrong. We took picture proof. The creators of this game give zero Fs about you. They want the whales to buy their 100 dollar packages.

So many of the dudes look the same,skinny&pointy chins. I can't ever save enough of the 'cat cash coins' to add more classrooms or whatever to my campus because I was so busy spending them on leveling up the classrooms when I first started. There's no purchasing of gold cash coins?! Why isn't what they say during Arena and character leveling translated. I want to hear what Katio is exactly screaming about when he's chosen for battle or when I level him up too. Girl ghouls would be nice too?!
predatory gacha game. the only good thing is the story is actually pretty decent.
I'm so angry. in every other game that I've ever played that has paid gems and free gems when you buy something that specifically does not cost paid gems it prioritizes free gems. that's not the case in this game. I just wasted $10 on something that should have prioritized free gems first. to be fair it does say that it uses paid gems before free gems, but only if you click on the gems themselves twice, and nowhere near where you're actually using them. I'll never spend another dime on this game
starting with positives, the ui is easy to understand and the characters are decent. theyre nothing super crazy (to me, I have very particular taste though). if you play the game, please god do not pay the gacha system much mind. pull if you need stronger cards, but its not worth it to lose your mind over. 500 pity per banner, doesnt carry over, and this game is impossibly stingy when giving out diamonds.

I really love the game, story is fun, characters are really great and the pvp is entertaining even meet some new friends there BUT people be warned the pulling system is terrible at least for me ( i play some other gacha games too and nowhere is it that unfriendly ) especially the pity system you get one guarentee char ever 50 pulls if its not the char you want then you beginn again I used 110k for one copy of a card... also the prices are way to high a bsp: 60€ for 30 pulls just no ...
I dont get what's fun about this
The use of AI in character designs is getting increasingly obvious and is rather off putting. You can report people for blatant racism, hate speech, sexism, anything really, and nothing gets done. There are enough factors to keep it interesting at least, but unless you wanna spend a bunch of money, progress is slow.
kinda sucks that you basically have to spend money to do anything. already spent over $100 and often get stuck.
I love this game but, the 500 pity pull is atrocious and I better hope you guys do something about it, I mean it.
